Great value, great service, good location.

This a nice hotel, with pool, area for kids, surrounded by trees and a park as one of it's boundaries. The room had a rustic feel with wooden beams on the ceiling. The bed was comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Very clean. The thing that stands out was the staff, they (all) from the front staff who took such good care of us, with taxes, directions. The cleaning staff were polite and offered to help when ever we met them. A special thank you to the kitchen staff we were there for 10 days, not only did they accommodate our dietary needs GF/lactose free, but they went our of their way to perpare a variety of delicious breakfasts. The location is a short walk to the beautiful Center of Tequisquaipan. All of this this was done with us and our limited Spanish. Can't say enough about this place and the staff.

A lot of noise at night from nearby bars and food businesses; they have high volume music until 2 AM and you cannot really get some rest. Except you like to be there ...

Safe your money and time, choosing another place

the location is pretty good, walking distance to the centre

so loud, you will hear everything! the stuff is terrible, we asked switch the room, but anybody was doing nothing. Breakfast is bad. Room is old, in the room are no beds.

The beautiful local decor and style. Walking distance to the center. A nice pool. Great breakfast.

The pillows. The heavy blankets had stains. Clean floors had strong pine sol odor. The tv remote control and tv were outdated. No English cc.

Nicr place for a family visit to Tequisquiapan

Great location, lots of nature and nice common areas

It needs much maintainable, much noise at night due to some karaoke or live entertainment bar nearby, very limited restaurant hours, the temazcal and steam is no longer there although it appears on the website

Quite and calm.

I like the grounds and the People attending us were nice and amiable.

Our room lack of hot water for the shower and we had to ask more than once to see what was going on. The room had some issues too, some of the furnishing were old and with some damage.

No worth it for the price

The staff was nice

The room was really dark, and warm, no AC or fan. The pool is too close to the rooms, so we weren't able to open the window, because everyone at the pool were looking at the room, and also they had their own speakers with music that we didn't like. The hotel is too old.

The Location is great, the pool is decent, and even if the rooms are not luxurious, they are clean and comfortable.

Pool was cold, and there are not much options on the restaurant, the waiters almost never go to the pool area so you won't be able to order from there.

I didn’t like that there was construction going on. The first day there was a mess everywhere which made it very dangerous to walk around. They did clean it up a little after.

Good

The pool was amazing, perfect temperature. The room comfortable. Afterwards the rest of the staff was amazing, specially the maintenance and cleaning, much more helpful. It was a very cold day and we didn't feel it, the floors were warm and the place well insolated (an odd thing in Mexico). There is a small park next to it in whose trees lots of white cranes had nests and they were gorgeous to admire from the pool and the balcony.

My biggest disappointment was because the property was promoted as a hotel with thermal waters and it was a lie, staff didn't even know. The thermal waters have been deviated by a paper mill and all "balnearios" are a considerable distance away. The morning lady working at reception was absolutely inadequate, untrained and almost rude. Steam room was tiny, full of bugs (everything else was sparkling clean.

Excelente para descansar en Tequis!

La ubicación es excelente: lo suficientemente cerca del centro para ir caminando y disfrutar de los atractivos principales, pero en una zona tranquila que garantiza descanso total. La alberca y las áreas comunes son perfectas para relajarse en pareja. El estilo del Hotel es rustico de buen gusto con areas verdes lindas.

Buenas vacaciones

Nos gusto la infraestructura y arquitectura del hotel. Muy cómodas las habitaciones y limpias.

El ruido de los autos porque nuestro balcón daba a la calle y el área de la regadera para meternos a la alberca esa si estaba muy sucia para ducharnos antes de entrar a nadar. Poner más luz en la habitación.

La construcción es muy bonita y los espacios también!

El lugar muy sucio, cero mantenimiento, telarañas por todos lados, el lugar apestaba a animal muerto, nuestra habitación tenía fuga de gas y nos querían dar una que estaba abajo de la misma, no dos dieron upgrade ni nada pues por la ocupación, la puso una sucia llena de plumas de pájaros e insectos, nos terminamos yendo a un hotel que nos costó mil pesos menos que este y con unas instalaciones de lujo!!

Muy recomendable

El desayuno estuvo muy rico y basto. La ubicación es muy buena. La alberca estuvo deliciosa, nos tocó solos y muy buena la temperatura. Las toallas podrían mejorar un poco. A un costado está el parque bonito, solo los pajaritos vecinos hacen ruido durante la noche y no te dejan dormir tanto.
