Honestly is amazing hotel relax time and time to work is perfect but they do need extra help at the front counter check out late night shift need one more person my opinion

Hotel Domun does not treat

Good breakfast.

I was treated like a third class person when the hotel staff found out I had booked using Booking.com. I inadvertently booked for one person instead of two. Even though I did not book with breakfast, the hotels charges per person. At checkin I asked to add my wife. The desk agent said it was not possible since I had booked using Booking.com. The only way they could accomodate my wife was for me to get a separate room for her. After much discussion and finally getting a manager involved, they added my wife to my room at the maximum posted rate per person.

We enjoyed our stay and it was not far from the airport.

The room was large and generally comfortable. The restaurant was great and dinner was delicious! They really accommodated us.

Used too much cleaning products - it was difficult to sleep because of the strong smell.

Great facilities and staff, bad location if you're a tourist.

The staff was excellent, helpful, and polite. They were very accommodating of my less than ideal Spanish skills. The food at the restaurant was good. I was surprised at how well equipped the gym was.

I was visiting Queretaro as someone considering moving there who wanted to explore the town on foot, and the location is not great for that.

By far, the best hotel at the best price, that I stayed at in years.

The property is beautiful and modern, and for what I needed at the location was perfect easy access to the freeway, and to the airport. You will be shocked at how you are treated by the hotel staff you’ll think you’re at a Four Seasons. They could not have been more accommodating or friendly or efficient, and while you’re checking in one of the staff members asked, if you’d like something to drink, they’ll even bring you a glass of wine if you’d like. I’ve stayed at this hotel, several times, and have referred it to all my friends, it is always a pleasure and an incredible bargain to stay there. Thank you to the staff they actually make it even so much better.

I couldn’t find one thing I did not like about that property, it’s A+, and for the $90 I spent there for one night, it was astonishing! This is a very well run hotel, that caters to its patrons.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service of the workers was very good and the location is acceptable, I recommend it.
