The Property is very good , Prime Location , one can easily connect with historic centre, This hotel is accessible to all kind of amenities. Food was good but options were rare for vegetarian people like me. I must say its good place to stay.

Everything, specially the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Theresa, the lady cleaning around r the pool area was very nice and provided is work information of places to visit I loved The beautiful gardens!!

Staff never said hi, it took forever to get pool towels (4 different days), service at pool restaurant very poor, the staff is not well informed, I had to call several times housekeeping, very bad experience. We stay there every summer for 20 days, we have always be happy, but now it was a horrible experience

My room was full of mosquitos, there was no hair conditioner, puddle after a shower, and hotel is very very noisy! I heard people talking very loud (next room) until 11 pm and people running though the corridor until late night !

Gym was a bonus. Nice, functional and clean.

I found the policies with the use of the laundry machine a strange. It uses special coins, which you can only get at the front desk. My wife had some disappointing issues getting these coins. Suggestion to management: if maintenance of the machines is an issue. Why not to roll the cost to the cost per night? Or why not allow the use of the laundry via coins or electronic payment with a credit card?

La cama, la decoración, personal en restaurantes y comida. Destaco la atención del Gerente Alexis que nos mejoro la. estancia el último día.

La mala información de la organizadora de banquetes, el gerente de las 5:00pm que nos dió una habitación en malas condiciones, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado un técnico estuvo dentro varias veces y la televisión no tenía señal, sus registros no fueron claros por lo que su.personal tuvo problemas al cerrar la cuenta.
