Lovely hotel with lovely staff

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place was lovely party and authentic. We loved the Frida mural and the giant tree in the courtyard. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable pillows. Fridge. Great view from the terrace. Great coffee served on the terrace. Great location quiet but Two minutes walk from the centre.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The place was beautiful and it had a great view of La Peña.

The WiFi connection was terrible, we couldn’t even watch tv because it would connect. I think downstairs was better though.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Bernal

Beautiful small boutique hotel with lots of details, very near the town center and still very tranquil. The patios, one with a giant rubber tree and the other with a magnificent cactus and colorful paintings are very nice. The view from the terrace is incredible with a perfect view of the Peña. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We slept very comfortably, although some might experience the bed as being too hard. The staff is incredibly attentive. Nice touch: if you find all six of Frida Kahlo’s sayings written on the walls, you get a free keychain.

Not much not to like. It would be nice if they would serve breakfast as they do have the facilities on the terrace.

OLd Mexico style with the bovada ceilings and charm that will enchant you.

This hotel is a true gem with an amazing view of Pena. The towels were nice and the water was hot! The tiles and design was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend you will not be disappointed. The staff were very helpful and kind. I would love to back! Gracias!

We were attending a wedding in Bernal and this hotel added to its charm.

The hotel is located close to town. Bernal is a charming city. We only had to walk about 5 minutes to find local restaurants and shops. Our room had a hammock. From our room, we could view the Pena de Bernal, the Monolith in Mexico.

Honestly, it was perfect for the location and the price. Brenda is the manager, and she was terrific. She assisted us with excellent recommendations and made us feel welcome. Brenda and her staff helped make our stay comfortable. If you are looking for a 3-star hotel that offers a truly authentic experience, this is the boutique hotel you are looking for.

It was so beautiful. The rooms were lovely. I liked the tv and the decor.

There was no parking included. It was extremely loud. The guest weren’t respectful of others. The restroom wasn’t clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

we loved the place and the history behind it. the location was very convenient and the view was just awesome. the room was decorated and designed very nicely.

we asked for a "Factura" and were told we need to write an email with our information. we wrote many emails and never received an answer. it was very disappointing as I can't recommend the hotel and cannot come back when I won't receive a Factura.

cozy , felt like home , and we felt welcome ! loved the area and the closeness to downtown !

bed mattress are too firm. we had back pain . floors weren’t clean not enough toilet paper we needed a little rug on the restroom floor. they didn’t have a lot of food options for the kids ( like chicken nuggets or soups )

Exceptional

Everthing was absolutely lovely. Very colorful and full of chracter. The location is perfect...only a 5 min walk to the center. I could see the monolith from my room window which opens to let in nice fresh air. Shower was hot with good presure and a wonderful counter. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The staff amazing and very attentive and helpful...especially since my Spanish was poor. They went above and beyond to assist me. There is a stalked little refrigerator with water, and other drinks. You can buy wine at the desk also. I loved this property.

I loved everything. The only issue would be the hard bed mattress...which for me was fine. They even had extra blankets for colder evenings.
