Worst family experience to be had.

The only good thing out of this whole mess was the proximity to downtown but after a restless night and rude service it's definitely not worth it

The service is rude and they don't tell you about the from flaws from the start, I was given an "upgraded room" with a balcony, we left our stuff and went to the town to look around after coming back to the room about 7 pm we were unable to have the least bit of rest due to the amount of noise that leaks into the room, my other half of the family didn't encounter this issue as they had a non balcony room when approached to the Front desk to change my room I was simply told that "the noise would go away eventually" followed by "you should have asked for a quiet room" and that if I didn't want that room I could just leave but was even denied that because there were no reimbursement on credit card payments.

El hotel tiene una ubicacion excepcional,se puede desplazar a pie a los sitios mas importantes del lugar, tiene estacionamiento propio y el personal es de lo mas atento.

Una estancia excelente y bohemia

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo con ellos, la habitación es muy bonita, cuenta con todo lo necesario, las camas son muy cómodas y está a super cerca del centro, además de que tiene unos balcones de donde se puede ver la Peña. No dieron agua de limón, café y galletas en la mañana, además de que cuenta con estacionamiento.

No me gustó que no me pude quedar más días, jajajaj, todo me gustó! Por tener que decir algo... la televisión era muy pequeña, y la entrada del baño se atoraba un poco.
