The Architect and workers Craftmenship were excellent. If you stay here expect, the exceptional and unexpected, unusual for sure. Geniius incorporating a Gas Station, Convenience Store, Rooft Top Restaurant with Terraza for their Restaurant all in one. location. Oddles of parking spaces right next to building.. I'll give you an example. They hired friendly Fransico to the be manager. He was a Construction Worker before and is quite birly in stature. So for a Front Desk Manager, you get that, AND Security. Everything here is unusual, and unexpected - NICE! Nice incorporation of Huanacaxtle Tropical Hardwood accents in the doors and door frames in the room. Nice intdirect lighting in the ceilings of the room, Big beds,. All the Airconditionning units are hidden, so can not be seen on the outside of the building. The way everything is layed out makes you feel like the room is larger, but really isn't. Liquid Soap dispensers, so you don't have to fight opening the soap packages, and quite sanitary. These are examples of the unusual and exceptional thinking by the Architect. Huger roof top Terraza for the Breakfast here.r Big enough they could add a bank on "Fin de Semana, and serve drinks. I'm a road warrior, having traveled so much - so I could readily see how this Hotel had an exceptional design.

Too much noise, due to the heavy construction trucks coming in early in the morning for gas. BUT, Francisco the nice manager, says, the Architect is going to change the windows in the rooms out to accommodate for that. Until then, the noise can be eliminated, by asking for a room on the south side of the building.

Be aware Google Maps is CONFUSED about the new hotel's location! Once we found it, it was great!

While only recently constructed (a plus), the hotel staff seems to be going through its learning curve professionally and productively. Customer service was flawless, helping us locate a nerby restuarant and arranging an early morning taxi to the nearby QRO airport, approximately 18 minutes (8 miles) away. From our research, this is the closest hotel to the airport.

My sleep app indicated one of my best 8 hours of sleep in years. However, our room was facing the gas station. The noises and smells caused some discomfort. Most of the hotel faces away from the station but the side facing the station could use more sound and air restrictions.

Hotel bonito cerca del aeropuerto, pero la limpieza de las habitaciones es muy mala

La ubicacion es buena y el hotel es nuevo, aun esta en construccion. La atencion del personal es buena.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es pesima o al menos la que nos asignaron estaba muy sucia. Almohadas sucias, basurillas y cabello en las sabanas. Las camas parecia que ya las habian usado y solo acomodaron todo para que pareciera que estaba hecha, pero se veia claramente que no hicieron cambio de sabanas ni de nada del los huespedes que la usaron antes. La botella de agua de cortesia estaba abierta y a la mitad y los insumos para el cafe de cortesia estaban sucios. En general no buena una estatia agradable por lo sucio de la habitacion, use el hotel solo para descansar y pasar la noche para seguir con mi viaje, pero si hubiera tenido oportunidad hubiera buscado otro hotel. La atencion del personal es muy buena, son amables y atentos, pero la limpieza si deja mucho que desear.

Sehr neu und z.T. improvisiert. Großes Zimmer ohne Fenster (nr18) sauber und ruhig. Tankstelle mit Shop direkt am Haus

Im Zimmer war kein Schreibtisch. Eine schmale Anrichte musste dafür herhalten. Ich war nur eine Nacht da und hatte kein Wifi Passwort- vielleicht ist es noch nicht installiert Sehr langsamer Aufzug ( hydraulisch)

el hoteles nuevo, esta muy limpio el personal es super amable y servicial, ya ubicación es perfecta, cercano al aeropuerto y a 2 minutos de la zona industrial.. ¡100% ideal para familia y negocios!!
