Pleasant

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. U are right across the street from a large grocery store with a cafe and a small food court which is extremely convenient. The room is decent size and the TV has a lot of English speaking channels which my daughter appreciated.

I think there was bugs in our room. My wife and daughter both got bit multiple times and it always seem to show up after waking up the next morning. Some additional fumigation of the room might be necessary.

on booking.com it is shown as a 5-star hotel, but in real it is a 3-star hotel. I only booked a stay here because I thought it was a 5-star hotel, but when I arrived I was schocked. It is a 3-star hotel. I don't understand how booking.com can make such a mistake 😡😡😡

Exceeded expectations

We came to Queretaro to catch an early morning (3 am) trip to airport to fly back to Dallas. The hotel arranged a shuttle for us when we checked in. We had a nice dinner at the hotel. Everything went perfectly. Thank you for a great stay.

The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I asked for extra coffee pouches and they gave me.

we found a cockroach on the pillow in our bed

this place as a chain has very good beds and pillows

when we arrived there was cockroach in the bed, we called to let the staff know.. they changed us to another room, but really nothing to compensate what happened

Nice hotel, terrible service.

Hotel is nice and clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was very good.

I paid in advanced for my room and while checking in ,I was told the hotel never received the money from Booking.com I was tired from the travelling and I had to wait to fix the issue, showing credit card statement and more. Next day after having breakfast I also had to wait for the staff to confirm that I paid for breakfast included which I did. Once again, had to wait and pass the investigation. Staff made me feel like I was trying to sneak in or eat for free. Some coaching opportunity for the staff for sure!

Poor facilities maintenance. Problem with Booking Fare.

Buffet breakfast was really good.

HVAC wasn't working in the complete 4th floor, which caused the room to be warm. Also there was no operable window to let the air circulate. Front desk clerk did not respect booking rate and had to call Booking Customer Service to get the rate honored.
