The rooms are very clean. The staff is very good. The spa in the pool is the best I’ve ever seen. This is by far a five-star hotel and whenever I come to Mexico, this is where I will stay. I love my stay here.

This hotel is very loud. There were guests, children, and staff walking by our window at early hours of the morning. Sounds of staff dragging equipment by the window were loud. Property is also open to non-guests, so amenities seem few and not exclusive. Rooms are overpriced for the noise, and we had to pay separately to access the spa.

We had a wonderful couple stay. Very relaxing at the pool and spa. The brewery was outstanding. Historic building as a Textile plant operating for 175 years. Converted to Hotel and Brewery on 4.1 hectareas.

Luxury this is not, the bed is the hardest ever, very uncomfortable. The room is small and very basic, no TV (In any room) no mini bar, no coffee machine, all you get are ear plugs because the clock outside chimes all night. As the GM told me the next morning "We are like a resort, and the owners will never allow TVs" The restaurant is very poor, menu limited and uninspired. Coffee was excellent.

We were expecting a relaxing weekend and when arrived we were told there was a tournament in town and the hotel was full of CHILDREN. Our relaxing weekend turned into a really loud one. At the pool don´t expect good service, no one will approach to offer you any drinks, we spent about 10min trying to get the attention of a waiter, and in multiple times the drinks we ordered never came. I was also surprised that being this hotel a beer factory we couldn´t get in the hole weekend a decent cold beer, they were all warm. We had to take refuge at the spa since that was the only place that children weren´t allowed, the massages were good. At the room you can hear a lot of outside noise and makes it difficult to sleep.

The hotel is a real nice renovated property ,love the concept , an old factory converted to a Hotel ! staff is great , the only drawback will be the area , is in the middle of a populous “ neighborhood, lots of traffic , and a bit noisy , Another thing , if you don’t mind not having a TV or cable , then this is definitely a must stay place in Queretaro . Will gladly comeback for a stay

Amazing place. Everything was perfect, except for some mosquitoes that entered thru the bathroom window. Hopefuly the property will manage this. But even with that it is perfect. Ask for a property tour to know all the interesting spots around.

My stay at Hotel Hércules was quite disappointing. First, the location is very inconvenient. It was far removed from the centro area and the surrounding neighbourhood does not offer any amenities. If you stay here it's likely you will need rely on taxis or some other transportation to get anywhere. Also, the rooms are quite noisy due to the major roads and trains next to the hotel, they keep ear plugs at reception for the issue. There is also a major construction project on site as well that was bothersome. The hotel is not well maintained, several of the spa amenities were not functioning during my stay and my own room did not have hot water the first night. I was eventually moved to another room with hot water however it was directly next to a busy road, the room would shake if a bus or truck drove by. There are plenty of staff at the hotel but they were not helpful during my stay. I would not reccomend this hotel.
