The staff is amazing! Location right by a rice field. Everything is self-contained - spa- gym-pool-restaurant. Really chill relaxed vibe, yoga classes throughout the day, easy to get into the center of Ubud but still felling remote. 2 vegan restaurants with amazing food.

Exceptional property. Facilities and inclusions were amazing. Staff and service was exceptional, staff was friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Only stayed for two nights, but would loved to have stayed longer.

What i loved most about my stay is The food, the wellness amenities and my butler Subi was very kind and helpful

The hotel itself is really beautiful and the view on the tarraces facing the sunrise was really nice. Also the rooms are new and well decorated + Tasty food + Friendly staff

Well we chose this place for our last romantic weekend on Bali and it was definitely a mistake. The hotel may eventually become a place of eden. It's got everything for it. But not today because smiling of the employees is not enough for a good stay. 1. The constuction of the spa next to the hotel means that you'll hear the sound of construction as soon as you leave your room and the sound of the saw will be part of your breakfast. They didn't tell about the noice and all this in advance. 2. The service is for now really low. The room was not clean and prepared for the night, we found no water, no coffee refill and coudn't reach anyone on the phone or via whatsapp. Also I asked for yoga class in the morning and they forgot. These are small minuses but the devil is in details too: - Hairdryer is really bad. Probably one of the chiepest models you might find. - No privacy. You can see your naked neighbours because the jungle shield is weak. - The shampoo and conditioner. Also are not good and not 5 star level. - The bath they made was not from flowers but from grass and lemon which is weird and not really pleasand for the skin I must say that the staff then tried to change situation and gave us free room service and offer for transfer which is good and yet something. But it's not worth both the money and experience. We left for Elevate Hotel for the next night and it was incomparably better. Another hotel with the same rate but much of a difference is K Club. All in all we've got here the worst money/quality experinece in Bali comparing to 10+ other 5-star hotels.
