The breakfast is so good with lots of variety of healthy food. Every mouthful is full of flavour. The staff are very attentive and create a relaxing calm atmosphere.

I eat way too much food because I want to try everything.

Incredible facilities and staff. I have never felt so cared for. The services available are unique and of high quality. It is a 100% luxury experience. I recommend 1000% and will be back. Everyone that was staying at the hotel extended their stay. Impossible to leave !

The area is safe though and pretty isolated so having a car or tour guide is a must! We loved the vegan menu & staff were exceptional. It’s a beautiful paradise!

Felt pretty safe except after 11pm there was no longer security standing outside the property. Still a work in progress as they were still constructing, so some things like the sauna and steam rooms weren’t ready or seemed quickly built…

This was literally a last minute trip, and to my surprise this place is incredible for relaxing. The architure of this place to say the least, is amazingly beautiful, it transmit peace. The landscape, the views, the smell, the sounds, background music is perfect. Even that the Hotel is still under construction, the available facilities are very nice! The gym, the Spa. But the best thing is the whole staff (in the restaurant, yoga teachers, spa staff, gym coaches,) extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They all make you feel like home, with a personal treat. But avobe everyone, my personal assistant JUNA, he is the friendliest person, professional, always helpful and flexible to accomodate last minute requests. Thank you very much for your kindness Juna. All be definitely coming back to GDAS!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Gdas. Vegan food was delicious and creative. Beautiful property and great staff.

Had a quiet and calm stay at GDAS, with lovely staff, tasty food and a beautiful view from my room.

The rooms don't have any insulation and the door has a gap so you can hear everything that occurs outside the room like other guests talking and staff cleaning/movements etc. This was distracting for the first few nights. There was also construction happening on a new building, however this was communicated prior to staying so was expected.

The facilities were breathtaking! The all vegan menu was amazing. I didn’t run out of options during my 5 night stay. The customer service was top-notch. I also enjoyed the secluded location in Ubud & they even provided a complimentary shuttle into town. Morning yoga was also complimentary which was a great experience.

I loved everything but have two recommendations: make it an adult only resort. A group of rowdy kids came, luckily my last day, & ruined the vibe. It would also be nice to add an evening guided breathing & meditation session in the same place yoga is held.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The personalised service from all the staff (who addressed me personally) was next to nothing. The staff were always eager to make my family and I feel comfortable and ensured we had everything that was needed. The service was outstanding. No request is ever too much for the Balanese, they are such wonderful people. It was my families first time eating vegan and we were most pleasantly surprised. The breakfast was outstanding. The spa was incredible!!! My wife thoroughly enjoyed her massage and scrub. Pool side was great. Just perfect for the little ones. My children were adorned by all the staff. My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Gdas. It felt like home!!! A HUGE shout out to Lolita, Ari and Juli. My daughter really took a shine to both Lolita and Ari and has named two of her Balanese teddies after the ladies. A massive thank you to Gdas for making our stay one to remember!!!

An absolute gem. Everything about this place is perfect. I don’t know how to post a review without it sounding like it comes straight from management, but we just adored this place. It was the highlight of our trip to Bali. Service was as good as I’ve ever experienced at a hotel/resort. The room was beautiful and clean. The restaurant had the most amazing food. And they even host free little events sometimes in the evenings. We made drinks one day and offering another with the most kind and beautiful people guiding us. As nice and beautiful as everything is here, it’s the people who work there who make it so special. Everyone greets you with a smile, and most greet you by name, regardless of whether you’ve met them or not. Just a truly special place.

Well we chose this place for our last romantic weekend on Bali and it was definitely a mistake. The hotel may eventually become a place of eden. It's got everything for it. But not today because smiling of the employees is not enough for a good stay. 1. The constuction of the spa next to the hotel means that you'll hear the sound of construction as soon as you leave your room and the sound of the saw will be part of your breakfast. They didn't tell about the noice and all this in advance. 2. The service is for now really low. The room was not clean and prepared for the night, we found no water, no coffee refill and coudn't reach anyone on the phone or via whatsapp. Also I asked for yoga class in the morning and they forgot. These are small minuses but the devil is in details too: - Hairdryer is really bad. Probably one of the chiepest models you might find. - No privacy. You can see your naked neighbours because the jungle shield is weak. - The shampoo and conditioner. Also are not good and not 5 star level. - The bath they made was not from flowers but from grass and lemon which is weird and not really pleasand for the skin I must say that the staff then tried to change situation and gave us free room service and offer for transfer which is good and yet something. But it's not worth both the money and experience. We left for Elevate Hotel for the next night and it was incomparably better. Another hotel with the same rate but much of a difference is K Club. All in all we've got here the worst money/quality experinece in Bali comparing to 10+ other 5-star hotels.

The personnel were excellent catering to you every need. The resort provided an excellent taxi service when travelling to/from the centre of Ubud. The massage service was excellent.

Much of the resort (50%) is unfortunately still under construction (until at least late 2023) which resulted in construction noise throughout the day starting from 08.00. The wellness facilities are therefore also currently limited (no gym, sauna etc). Guest can however get access to a sports club 5 minutes away that has a swimming pool, gym and serves international food and alcohol. Secondly, the information from booking.com stated that there was an international and Asiatic restaurant from which I concluded that there would be international food. The resort however (currently) only serves vegan food. They do not serve alcohol. Time to travel to Ubud centre is very dependent upon the traffic !!

The place is amazing, the location is great, close to Ubud but in a quiet area with amazing rice fields views. The staff is exceptional, we never experienced such service in a hotel before. Food is absolutely delicious, and the rooms are so cosy and comfortable you just feel like you dont want to leave.

Gdas is the best place4 to connect your mind to your body. You can really achieve your goals, relax and enjoy the activities. The staff is amazing and very professional. From the trainer to the therapist ... they really know how to do their work!
