Everything. The staff, the jungle greenery and grounds, the facilities are amazing. You can have your quiet time by the guest only pool but also go to the Bali Eden next door and socialise, swim and have access to the saunas and pools. A true wellness experience. Divine healthy vegan food, very generous breakfast and the access to free classes and the upmarket courtesy shuttle into the centre of UBUD. Is an ideal place to chill in a calm oasis whilst being able to venture out to the busy vibrant Ubud centre. An amazing place. Magical time. Was staying in the Prestige Villa and we even had our own fish pond!

Location good. Housekeeping reliable and thorough. Gym was good for a hotel gym.

Hotel split into two halves - the hotel section and the club side. Club side is over crowded and full of the rude “influencer” crowd. Gym full of tripods and topless men. Overcrowded on a weekend. Hotel pool constantly taken up by club guests and staff doing nothing to prevent this despite telling us it was a guest only area. No sun loungers available at the main pool during any of our 5 days at the property. Used towels lying everywhere and not tidied. The food was truly dire. Disappointing breakfast every day. Even down to not enough plates available at the buffet section or running out of items at 8am. Would not return.
