Very modern and big and beautiful. Exactly as described as in pics and very comfortable stay. The construction noise didn’t bother us at all. Everything accessible by taxing or scooter

Advertise clearly mentioning that pool, gym facilities not included and will incurre additional charges. Shower head was shooting water all over the place.

The beautyFULL modern design of these apartments - luxurious - minimal but so comfortable. Sheets are clean - towels and it just felt like home. No mould or damp which is an issue in Ubud. You have everything you need. You can fully relax and truly enjoy some rest. Cleaning every day and place was impeccable. Staff very kind and super helpful. We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back. Nice restaurant on site and overall secure and safe feeling.

I would love to see some discounts for guests at the nova wellness so it feels more inclusive. Obviously still some construction happening but it was not really bothering us so much as you can’t hear it too much in the apartments themselves.

The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating, helping us with activities, massage, restaurants, wellness clinics. It was nice and quiet and the villa was super spacious and had great facilities

It is a brand new facility so is still being constructed. There are some more improvements still to come.

Everything about the property was excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The villa itself is modern, new and very well managed. The villas are located in a resort type of environment with a wellness centre which is extremely luxurious and welcoming. The accommodation was forthcoming with construction which never bothered us we could not hear anything. The villas are away from the street so you can barely hear traffic in the morning. An outstanding stay !!

Nothing major, the beds are a bit hard but it truly wasn’t a major issue given all of the benefits and luxury the accomodation offers

They use cheap material in the unit. Bed sheet was very rough, shower was not designed well that everytime I showered the toilet and the bathroom floor were really wet. When we checked in, the AC was left opened - seemed like it was being fixed and not being put back properly. Smoke alarm as well. It fell on the floor. Can’t request extra bed/ mattress. When I checked in the bedrooms werenall closed and no AC - so when I opened the doors it smelled like an old room without air. Also, there’s no public pool. There was a pool owned by another management but not opened for us who stay there. All in all, design look pretty and location is good. But for such high price — the quality and the check-in experience should be way more than what I experienced. I know a lot of cheaper villas in Bali offered better than that.

Ongoing building work during the day however this wasn’t a huge problem and the workers really do try keep noise to a minimum

The path to the villas feels like you're entering a secret little jungle world. It’s quiet, green, peaceful, and just the right place to slow down. We stayed in one of the villas with a pool and it was very clean and well-designed. I loved waking up to the sounds of nature and not traffic or city noise. Room was comfy, had everything we needed, and it smelled fresh which is always a plus.

Nothing actually, because the staff were always around if we needed help and check-in was quick and easy. Super peaceful spot for couples or anyone wanting to escape the crowds..There is even a cafe with ice cream and drinks available 24/7 where you can a spend comfortable moments anytime.
