Stunning location and top-tier service! The staff went out of their way to be warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire visit.
Nothing we didn’t like.

Good menu and tge food was excellent. Lovely friendly and kind staff, very helpful.
Good beds and villa layout. The pool was excellent too. Good value. Good entertainment too.
Main swimming pool was not always available to use.

We had a lovely villa with its own private pool, and the design of the villa was awesome. The spa and the massage we had there were sublime. It's a calm, relaxing adults-only place right by the beach, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. A great way to unwind at the end of our Bali trip.
Nothing major, just small details that kept it from a perfect score.

All staff were great in individual roles. Reception, concierge, restaurant, beach club, housekeeping. We asked for 1 bedroom clean in the morning and fresh water in the afternoon. Everyday done. Food fantastic in the hotel at fair prices.
Gym equipment needs a facelift. Common with many hotels though so not unique to here.
