We all felt so relaxed as soon as we arrived. Massage was excellent and we loved our grand suite upgrade.
Construction under the pool at a property below the resort (not in the resort’s control). The pool was a little underwhelming compared to other resorts and the rooftop deck for cocktails lacked atmosphere.
7 / 10Good·Sep 2026
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Was bit slow at breakfast time serving. Limited choices, repetitive breakfast.
9 / 10Outstanding·Sep 2026
The rooms were spacious and clean with lovely products in the bathrooms.
The staff really make the difference however- they were all very helpful and friendly.
We would have liked to do Yoga but it wasn’t on the days we were there, and please switch the air con on in the gym first thing in the morning.
