Wonderful resort

One of the best places we've stayed during entire trip! Super comfy bed, very attentive staff, good food selection. Free yoga class was nice.

It's a bit far from the city center but there's a free shuttle going to the Ubud Art market few times a day.

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, amazing staff

The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. Very nice breakfast and the entire location.

We got a room on 2nd floor and it was very humid, we could barely breath in the room,even the bed sheets felt humid. Also, lots of noise from the kitchen until late in the evening. We asked the hotel to change and we got another room, which was perfect. Many thanks.

Wonderful stay in beautiful hotel

Beautiful setting. Easy to get to the town and monkey forest by the free shuttle bus from the hotel. Staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and the food in the restaurant was very good. All very clean and well kept. Enjoyed the pool area and could always get a sun lounger

There is construction going on at the back of the hotel so noisy during the day by the pool. There are a lot of steps to the pool and a steep slope. This was fine for us but may prove a problem if someone had walking difficulties.

Rating: 9/10 “Peaceful and beautiful stay – even with kids!” We stayed here with our two kids (14 and 7 years old) and had a great time. While the hotel feels more tailored to adults seeking peace and quiet, it still worked well for a family stay. The atmosphere is incredibly calm and harmonious. Soft music plays during the day, and the whole place feels very relaxing. The views from the room were absolutely beautiful – lush greenery all around. Dinners at the hotel were a highlight: very tasty food and a lovely setting. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to recharge, this is a perfect choice — and with the right mindset, it can work even with kids.

We stayed here with our two kids (14 and 7 years old) and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel is incredibly peaceful and harmonious — ideal for relaxation. Calm music plays throughout the day, the views from the room are stunning, and the dinners were absolutely delicious. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The towels definitely need replacing — they were more grey than white, which didn’t feel very fresh. Breakfast could also be more varied. Although breakfast was included, we could only choose one dish from the menu, and the buffet selection was very limited. Still, the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made our stay very enjoyable — even with children, despite the hotel being more suited to adults.

Great place to stay but a bit far from Ubud central. Avoid breakfast.

The property is very nicely setup with everything you could ask for, Gym, Swimming pool, Spa, Outdoor party place at the top with beautiful views etc. The rooms were very comfortable with lovely views from the balcony.

The breakfast menu was not tasty at all. The selection was good but the cooking left a lot to be desired. Didn't feel it worth the money spent. The location is quite far from Ubud central with hardly any good eating places within walking distance. The taxi ride to Ubud central can take quite a while with narrow lanes and heavy traffic.

Excellent facilities, rooms, views, swimming pool, gym, spa were all great. Staff was great too.

We didn't find the breakfast up to the standard. None of the dishes tasted good. The location was quite far from Ubud central and there were no decent eating places close by.

Nice hotel with good size room, view was amazing from pool, My kids love their food as they customise the order.

I was a bit annoyed when I asked them to organise a car from hotel to Kuta beach I wa stoked by the price they quote, even though I have mentioned that I came in car in half price they have quoted but then did not listen. Unfortunately I had to go online and book a cab much cheaper then what they have quoted.I would suggest they should match the price of the taxi or rental car if not cheaper.

First time to Ubud and was really happy with the overall experience - great staff, great tucker ...

The staff were super friendly and efficient in performing their duties. They were at all times super attentive to the guests needs and requirements. The restaurant, both in its setting, its menu and service was again, excellent.

Just about the only negative was the incredibly noisy pump located just below the hotel. This made for a relaxing time around the pool not so achievable. It was jarring and worked well to take the sublime out of the beautiful location.

Feels like a 4 star hotel

Good location, scenic views and only a short drive into the centre of Ubud. Very good breakfast selection which was included within the price which we found helpful. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating where they can be.

Limited activities and facilities offered which was disappointing - we enquired about three different activities advertised by the hotel which were not running for several reasons and no alternative provider/ activity was suggested. The gym is tiny with very little equipment. E-butler service is helpful but replies can be slow. Laundry service is priced per item which we were not advised beforehand so be wary of this. Bath/shower towels are not changed daily - we stayed for three nights and had only received a new set of hand towels. Shuttle service is limited to set hours so you will likely rely on taxis or your own transport.

Accommodation was amazing, rooms are very clean and the bed was so big and comfortable! The staff are lovely! Has a great little gym and pool and great restaurant.

not a 5 star hotel; maybe 3/4. bed sheets were not changed and because of humidity it became very wet during the days. humidity smell in the room; seems like AC was not cleaned for a while. Hotel staff was nice and helpful

Loved the private pool, peace and tranquility at this resort. The floating breakfast was the highlight. The resort restaurant had lovely authentic dinner options. Comfortable, spacious rooms with a AC and fan option. Would defiantly come back here again. The staff were very kind and helpful and attentive to us.

There was no netflix or prime options.

great hotel & would like to go back for another time

location of the property is well set up in a quiet valley yet with beautiful view from balcony. Enjoyed the options of breakfast provided each day, shuttle service to town & activities provided like yoga on site. Hotel staff is really helpful with every question.

my room is very close to kitchen so the noises from making cocktails, moving stuff with trolley etc were a bit disruptive if I want to sleep in.
