Accommodation was great but service is what sets this property from the others. It was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly and obliging and very attentive to all our needs. Couldn’t hv asked for better service from the team.
Location is a little out of town, it’s pleasant enough be you will need a taxi to go into Ubud town so be aware of that. Within the property itself we loved everything about it and their various offerings.

The staff was very nice and helpful, Ms Yuni went above and beyond to make us happy after we had a little issue with the room. The massage they offered us was very good, as well the food and breakfast
Since the hotel is new and in the middle of the forest/jungle there are still things that need to be improved to avoid that insects enter the room. Also the cleaning needs to be improved.

I liked everything about the resort, from the facilities and breakfast to the wonderful staff. In particular, Mr. Dita and Mr. Adi were very kind and helpful. Staying in this area was a unique experience that made me feel like I was far away from the city. The photos were accurate and reflected exactly what I saw during my stay.
Location is slightly far away from the city center, you need almost 30-minutes grab to reach there in rush hours.
