Amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Bali. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, the views were stunning, and the room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable. Everything felt peaceful and luxurious

Location is too remote.

It was truly fantastic the people were amazing especially Diana so helpful we did the cooking class which was great especially as I am gluten intolerant and they adjusted the class for us. We would definitely go back. It was pretty remote however if you just want to fully relax for a few days it is perfect.

Really nice villa with private pool. Great place to relax and unwind. Food was fantastic, and the staff were very friendly.
It's a bit out of the way, you can't walk anywhere from the hotel so if you want to go out you need to rely on taxis.

Amazing villa. Beds comfortable and rooms large. Food at restaurant delicious and you could either eat in restaurant or have delivered to your room.
Everything delightful.

Lovely peaceful spot away from the Bali madness. Staff were great beds comfy. 1 bd villa was lovely. Pool was excellent.
Would have been nice to have a couch. Otherwise it was a perfect relaxing opportunity.

I actually liked pretty much everything. Staff were very friendly, food was great, Villa was comfortable. Mattress was fantastic (important).
My only criticism is that there is not much in the area, but that is also a reason to go there.

We had a fantastic stay at Agrapana Villa near Sanur. The villa is spacious, clean, and very well equipped — a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything. The private pool and the quiet surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable.
But the highlight of our experience was the hospitality. A special thanks to Chris, who went above and beyond during our stay. He personally offered me his motorbike to help me get to the market, which was incredibly kind and genuinely appreciated. It’s rare to meet someone that helpful and caring.
Because of the comfort of the villa and the exceptional service, our time here felt truly special.
We highly recommend Agrapana Villa and would definitely stay again.

Lovely Villa, great facilities. It was quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly.
There was a bit of a smell in the master bedroom & the gardens could do with some maintenance.

We stayed one night at Agrapana Beach Villa and it was amazing! The private pool and terrace were perfect, and it’s just a short walk to the beach with stunning views. The staff was very friendly and helpful—highly recommended!
There was a rat walking up the stairs. But it’s nature

comfortable design and calm vibes.
Location and villa were lovely, with a nice beach view and a private pool. However, our request for side-by-side single rooms wasn’t honored despite confirmation in advance. Staff advised booking a new reservation for a double room instead of helping directly. On arrival, the villa itself was beautiful, but the room wasn’t fully prepared (missing amenities and a dirty bathroom). Overall, great setting but service and attention to detail could be improved.

Duey on staff was amazing, helpful and friendly and assisted with scooter hire and food. The location off a very busy main road leads to a quiet sanctuary and considering the massive issues Bali has with rubbish and pollution this place was really good. Pool and villa peaceful.
Not so much I didn't like but rats are around. Rubbish outside the premises and beware the steep stairs to the top deck....take your time and be safe.

Everything about this villa was perfect. Rooms were spacious, and the private pool was just amazing. It offered a true sense of privacy, surrounded by peaceful rice fields that made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. The location was quiet and serene – a perfect escape.
Breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of affordable drink options your can order. Everything was clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I honestly have no complaints at all.
If I come back to Bali, I will definitely stay here again. It was simply perfect in every way. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, Agrapana!

Great villas, in a quiet secluded area with not much else around. Perfect for relaxing by the pool and the walking to the beach and peace and quiet. Food was really nice and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

This will be quite a long review, but I feel it is not long enough to list the positive aspects of the hotel and, above all, the service.
Our stay at Agrapana Beach Villa was exceptional. We chose this place because of its peaceful surroundings, amenities and proximity to nature. We were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Every member of the team showed us a lot of warmth and we felt taken care of like nowhere else. We could count on help with every aspect of our stay and with every question. After a few days of our stay and getting to know the staff at Agrapana Beach Villa, we felt like we were visiting friends and not just staying at a hotel. Which is a big plus for us. We received a lot of interesting tips about attractions in Bali and traditional food that we should try. We really liked the attitude of the entire team. Despite their many duties, we could always count on a nice conversation and lots of laughter.
The massages offered by the Villa are worth recommending. My husband and I ordered a 2.5h package. The masseuses showed up at our villa with their equipment and made us feel like we were in heaven.
Also the excursion options from the hotel were very interesting and well organized.
The greatest praise (due to the fact that we had the most contact with these people) deserves Mrs. Dian from the reception. Agus, who makes delicious food that we will miss and dream about at night. And of course Dwi, who welcomed us to the hotel and from the very beginning of our stay won our hearts with what a wonderful and positive person he is, who made our stay truly royal.
The villa was clean and you can see that the Staff puts a lot of effort into cleaning.
The only downside is that some items like the bathtub are visibly worn out and could be replaced (?). Additionally the water pressure (which is not very bothersome but you still have to wait a while to take a shower).

Quiet location off a mad busy road. But that is normal for Bali as I learnt. The place is back from the sea but great views on the top deck of the villa. The dinners were good, the service good overall, there is not much to do other than relax due to the busy road areas but it is a great place to rest. The pool was lovely.
My 2nd ordered planned breakfast never arrived and I had to depart for other plans which was disappointing. There was a large rat that lived behind the fridge and when he popped out gave me a start and got into my room at one point, but again this is normal for Bali. Go with it! Beach nearby heavily polluted and rubbish everywhere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Agrapana. The location was peaceful and beautiful and a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Bali. The Villa and private pool were exceptional, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Staff were friendly, room itself was nice but felt a little bit shabby in places.
Parking was really useful and the beds were comfy.
Very hard to find when arriving at night. We turned up at 10:30pm and there was no option of food or even a snack so we went to bed hungry.
Kitchen area is very open and isn’t the most comfortable place to eat breakfast.
Location is quite isolated with limited things in the vicinity. Nearby beach is very close but full of washed up plastic.

We only stayed 2 out of the 7 nights we booked. Thankfully we were able to negotiate a refund for the 5 nights we didn't stay. If you need to do this, keep following up until it comes through.
Our stay was severely impacted by significant issues within the property. The entire master suite, consisting of the bedroom and ensuite, was unusable due to pervasive black mould. The smell was overpowering, even with the air conditioning running at full capacity, and we felt that the property was a health hazard. Furthermore, the living room, kitchen and bathrooms were all visibly dirty, water damage was evident throughout the property with paint was bubbling off the walls and water dripping from the ceiling. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but instead, it was a stressful and unpleasant experience.
The onsite restaurant was equally disappointing. On our first night, we ordered a pizza, which was inedible and we went without eating anything that night. Thankfully, we were not charged for this. Given the property's isolated location, the poor quality of the restaurant is a major drawback.
We would strongly advise against staying at this property until these serious issues are addressed.

Area and concept of the villas were good.Pleasant waves of the beach was heard from the villa and views no doubt were amazing (provided u get the 2 bedroom Jempiring villa, coz others have a wired high rise balcony walls)
Ergonomics wasn’t that great. No bath towel holders.Water supply did shut off 3 times during our 5 night stay.
Ask for cocktail, they serve a Mocktail😂
Pretty bad at making cocktails.
Air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room, must say poor.
Upper stair bedroom sliding doors cud never be locked.
Fan in lounge area which hardly did any job, could have got some extra ceiling fans there.it ridiculously hot.
Having said all that, wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to stay.we did have fun.Fox all these things and would be an amazing stay ,worth value for the money you pay.
Amazing staff though, whatever the situation ,they have a super duper amazing smile on their face.Literally compensates for all the shortcomings 😀

The peacefull environment together with the available facilities like the Pool and the sunview deck on the 1st floor where you could lie on the sunbeds and enjoy the view on the ricefields, Temple and the ocean. Beautiful bedrooms which were spacious and well equipped with nice bathrooms which partly outside a comfortable bath. For breakfast you had varity choice of items.Staff was kind!
The space for parking your car was rather complicated. But this was a minor thing and not really an item to complain about.

We booked this property knowing that it was in an isolated location and it was the relaxing week that we wanted. Even though the hotel is out of the way we were able to get gocar’s into Sanur and ubud very easily and cheaply. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating. When we checked in there was an issue with the bathroom in the 1 bedroom villa we had booked, we brought this to the staffs attention and the manager moved us into the 2 bedroom villa for the duration of our stay which was much appreciated.
The villas could use a good clean, there was mould on the doors and fridge.

The property is located in lovely area there is a close temple by that you can visit , also a beac, of course rice farms all around the area and farm animals which my kids enjoying looking at while walking in the path , the staff are helpful , polite and friendly they have represented high level of hospitality , the bed where comfortable despite during my stay it rained constantly thankfully I have not noticed a leak somewhere so also thumbs up for that
The reason I haven’t rate this property as 10 , is for the following.
1- from my point of view the property should assist choosing services upfront “ prior to arrival “ as I personally prefer to arrange my agenda prior to visiting a place which was sort of difficult to do so.
2- the driver did not show up but it was great that I had a back up plan especially noting that I have kids.
3- for the cost property should implement necessary measures for fungus and mold it was clear from the smell and also in some rooms we saw spots.
4- for the cost , pool could have temperature control.
5- for the cost, sink in the first floor should have been working
And by the cost I mean in cost against other villa’s I have stayed over during my 10 days in Bali in total of 5 villa’s.
