Clean, comfortable and close to everything!

I banged my legs a few times on the bed in the smaller room

Very comfortable, sun on back decking in morning and on front bench in afternoon. Lovely house in perfect location for easy access to high Street and the beach.

Great lication. Good facilities. Well equipped. The fire warms the front room almost instantly.

One 'double bed seemed to only be a 3/4 bed. It was very awkward to get around the bed without barking shins/ stubbing toes..The floor levels are not equal from the front room to the stairs/hall. This caused one of our party to fall over on entering the front room and at ao.e time all of us too stumble. If you're in a party get there first and claim the front bedroom.

The house is musty and smells of mould. Floors are very dirty, dusty and covered in hair/grit especially upstairs- under the beds is a quite the a horror show, as found when I went to retrieve a wayward sock. I think your cleaning company could do with a rocket, if I was paying as much as you are for cleaning, I’d be sacking the cleaners. Cobwebby light fitting and ceilings. Please bleed the radiators, they start making a terrible noise at around 6:30am, not great when you’re away on a break and hoping for a lie-in. Could do with a chair or unit in the bathroom to put things on, there’s plenty of room. Another lamp in the living room would be good, otherwise you can’t read a book/paper without having the overhead light on which isn’t very cosy. Bedside lamps - please consider using warm light bulbs and not bright white daylight bulbs, again, not very cosy. I would encourage you to see if one of the agency staff would stay overnight to pick up on the small but important details that make staying away a treat instead of a slightly disappointing experience.
