Lovely cottage with beautiful wooden floors and furniture, close to town centre with private garden to rear. Very effective heating and hot water system and all amenities of excellent quality. Couldn’t really fault it. Agents were extremely helpful throughout.
Nothing that could be controlled- weather wasn’t fantastic, parking is a bit of a bun fight in Aldeburgh and the bin collection changed the week we were there.

Location perfect, close to the town and the beach
No milk for a hot drink when we arrived so we had to rush to the local shops before they closed, would have made a really good, welcoming impression. Keypad is very stiff and needs attention

Location so close to beach. Quiet end of high street. Cottage spacious, with everything you need. Private garden & Upper terrace not overlooked.
Front garden overgrown with pears fallen from tree everywhere which attracted very many wasps. Rear garden needs attention. Gardener arrived on day of leaving. The parking outside is limited to 2 hours (9-6pm) so had to park on streets behind high street but easy to access using steps off high street. Cottage decor is a bit tired & in need of update. Cleanliness is ok.
