A house with lovely large rooms great for our dogs and family. The garden was enclosed and was very safe for the dogs. The kitchen was well equipped and the Aga made the kitchen really cosy. Furnishings were very sympathetic to the age of the house giving a shabby English feel.
The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious so much so that they could have had a little bit more furniture in them. Although the house was a little outside of Aldeburgh it was a quick walk and nice to be away from the main street. We would definitely return to this house it is in a great area and was very comfortably furnished.
The house as a whole could do with the little TLC including the garden which is a little overgrown and unloved. Painting around the house including the window frames could be a little bit more pristine along with the cleaning in these areas. The water pressure in the showers was shocking and didn't make for a great experience I did mention this to the agent hopefully they will take some action regarding this. The dishwasher also did not work particularly well and this has also been reported.

Absolutely fabulous location 5 minutes walk to everything. Very peaceful and spacious property.
This house is run on a shoestring as a money making machine. The facilities fall well below what one would expect at the price charged. The garden in unkempt, the grass uncut, the outdoor furniture well past its sell by date. The dishwasher is as basic as they get. None of the old mismatched cutlery and crockery are clean. There are no oven gloves for example. This is all very sad as it really is a stunning house in a most beautiful part of the world which was ideal for our three generational family and two dogs. It is also very difficult find as the directions and map do not take you to the property. It is also a gated community with one entrance blocked off to the estate at weekends and bank holidays.

Breakfast not applicable location was very good close to beach and local amenities.
Garden overgrown needed tidying up nettles growing ,weeds in patio unsecured garden problem with muntjacs coming through the bottom of the garden under the overgrown bushes, problem with arga stove so couldn’t use it for three days still not fixed when we left .told it has been playing up for three years.tv aerial cable unplugged and hidden up the side of the wall ,if it wasn’t for the maintenance man sent round we would not have got the tv working,no information about local emergency numbers doctors, vets could have been a lot better with TLC.

Location great and house nice and spacious. Aga was nice.
Property was dirty. Deep clean needed. Both vacuum cleaners broken…one is dangerous, smells of burning. Both house and garden need some TLC. Need curtains / blinds in en-suite.

Is in a fantastic location in a private road and a great size
Ample parking and a good size garden
We were 6 Adults and a 3 year old and had loads of room to spend our time when indoors
Obviously a holiday let but - This place really needs more love and could be fantastic to match its location
Garden could also be better maintained to give it more kerb appeal

The dust. The spiders. The cob webs. The missing light bulbs. The filthy chair. The dirty windows. The old kettle with so much limescale it would not open to fill. The dirty drapes.

It’s a beautiful house.
We loved the house but in order to make it even better it could do with a bit of a makeover. There were lots of spiders everywhere that really should have been removed.

It was very convenient to the town and beach.
It was large and easily able to house 8 adults.
We did not have an information booklet so we did not know about things like managing the bins and recycling, how to adjust the heating, where the BBQ was as we couldn't find it.
The house was not easy to find and we would have liked more instructions.

Great location, great sized property..
only downside was the dishwasher was left full when we arrived and also a number of lamps didn't have bulbs.
