Great location, a few niggley bits, but overall we would stay again.

Location was great. There was a good supply of items in the kitchen. The towels were soft and not having to make up beds was really lovely. The towels were lovely and clean too.

Nothing that really damaged our stay, just little things. Key code didn't work - key placed in wrong place, resolved via a phone call in about 10mins, All the rest were reported via email (except where it was our opinion), but as it was a weekend stay, understandably no response. The bathroom light/fan didnt come on. A couple of items in the kitchen cupboards were mouldy (due to being put away too wet) or dirty. The kettle needs a descale and the beds were very very soft.

Everything would have been perfect except:

Email misinformed key code (Instead abcd it was dcba, order reversed, found by trial and error...) Keysafe faulty. Got stuck after second day. Called office. No local help forwarded.

Great location. Parking was good too. Thank you for the cookies and wine.

Beams in upstairs bedroom lethal. I nearly concussed myself!

A bit disappointing

It was a great location.

It was a bit tired in the living area and kitchen. There was a musty smell which was quite off putting. There was black mould on the windows in the loft bedroom- clearly hasn’t been cleaned for some time. Coming straight into carpet in the lounge was not a great idea when the weather was bad.
