Would definitely reccomended

It was a fantastic place to stay. We came in February and not all accommodation can offer such a cosy and welcoming stay, this one definitely did.. The quality of everything there was very good.

It's hard to find anything, being ultra picky, the 3rd bedroom window was a bit drafty for the head of the bed to be under it, but we were there in very windy and wet weather.

Very nice, location was perfect, not sure I would book again.

Coffee making facilities not useable but quickly replaced. One set of bedsheets had damp marks. Unable to follow instructions for refuse so had to take everything home with us.

Great beach location but poorly equipped.

Great location and comfortable beds.

It’s very dark downstairs and the sitting room quite pokey. The kitchen was not well equipped – there was no small saucepan at all and no sharp knives so cooking was tricky. Also no vacuum cleaner and no bins in the bedrooms or the small shower room which is tiny.Facilities were poor for the price.

A number of repairs needed to various parts of the property (patched up back door window, loose woodwork in one bathroom, paintwork needs some attention.....).

Nice

The location was good . Warm and cosy

Didn t have a log burner..we were lead to believe from an email i got to get logs and burners . Paint peeling off the ceiling and bathroom . Needed a bit of tlc . Quite small for 6 of us . Only 4 chairs around the island . Kitchen not very well equipped ..

Lovely comfortable property in a terrific location.

Loved the close location to the town. The property was well maintained and nicely decorated. The sofas and beds were super comfy and there was plenty of hot water.

Would have been great to have a cheese grater and can opener. We also thought that the mats in the kitchen should have a non-slip backing as we had a couple of near misses against the kitchen island.

Nice little cottage in fab location

Great location 1 minute from the beach, 2 mins to shops and restaurants. The upstairs space - 3 x double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - was great for a family with 2 teenagers. Cosy lounge, comfy sofas, great smart TV. Great check in instructions / easy to check in.

Not much natural light or airflow so very stuffy in the summer. Kitchen not really well equipped if you want to cook. No welcome gifts like wine or tea / coffee / milk etc which are usual with holiday lets. Carpets / rug not very clean.
