This property is too good to miss; Over a hundred 5* reviews can't be wrong !! It is a centrally located ground floor property which sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms - 1, 5ft king with basin and 1 twin with 3ft beds and cot, 1 bathroom with shower over the bath. It is ideally located 2 minutes from the top of the Town Steps, the property benefits from having a secure garden, a large sitting room and a kitchen with dining table that can sit 8. Linen and towels are provided . Please note there is a surcharge of £20 if you wish to bring pets. There is also a surcharge of £20 if just 2 people stay but use both bedrooms (to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs) .

Such a comfortable spacious apartment with everything you need for a great stay away from home. So clean and comfortable. We hope to return. Great situation two streets from the beach in a quiet road. Lovely sunny garden too. Really fantastic.

I booked this trip on behalf of 4 retired ladies and they had a fabulous stay. Heather and her husband were great hosts who lived next door and were both very helpful when needed. It’s a beautiful cottage with all the amenities and a great location for visiting the local area. They say a big thank you for having them to stay.

We had the perfect stay in Heather’s stunning cottage - the apartment was spotless and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We enjoyed the broad range of information supplied about Aldeburgh and the surrounding area, as well as the large selection of board games.Heather was friendly, helpful and very professional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. The location was great as it was 10 mins walk to the start of our race and when we'd finished it was up the steps to the house. Quiet neighbourhood, a home from home. We'd definitely come again, but without having to run a race!

From start to finish the whole booking process was so easy and the flat was spotless, large and very well equipped. The location was perfect and parking was easy. My 92 year old Mum found moving around the property very easy. It was lovely and warm and the heated under blankets were an added bonus. Thank you - we will be back

We are seasoned travellers and this accommodation and location is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. The apartment was just gorgeous and like staying in someone’s home. As other reviewers say it was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and perfectly placed for the lovely High Street shops, cafes. pubs and restaurants and of course the beach! We’d love to revisit another time.
