We loved everything about the property, the location, so cosy, and clean, just perfect for what we wanted for a break away for a couple of days with friends.

Delightful Little Teen

Cottage was superb, well appointed and very comfortable. Utterly charming courtyard garden. Great location with beach and town 5 minute walk. Great choice of restaurants, and beachside smoked fish huts served fantastic seafood. Host provided instructions were excellent, thorough and complete.

Macerator toilets not my favourite, but very clean.

Chic cottage

Comfy, clean, lovely little garden. Large well equipped kitchen. Nice decor throughout.

Kept banging heads on doorways despite warning signs. Road outside quite busy, a lot of buses turning. Shower head needs repairing, was leaking from the back. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms small, really only for children.

The location was amazing. The house was lovely, above my expectations!

I didn't like the late check in and early departure. It didn't leave us much time to enjoy it. Also, I have never had to strip my own bed before, this was a bit strange to me.

Delightful cottage in Aldeburgh High Street

This is a lovely comfortable little cottage at the end of the High Street at Aldeburgh . It was very clean and had everything supplied that we could have needed for our stay . The garden is small but nicely laid out and we enjoyed watching the birds feeding and did replenish the feeders a couple of times . Aldeburgh has a good selection of restaurants and cafes . It is a good base for walking and exploring by car . It's a short walk to get to the beach . Even though it's small it felt like there was plenty of room and useful to have the extra toilet downstairs . Very warm and cosy with NEST control for the heating . This felt like a very professionally managed holiday home with everything taken care of

Parking outside is not always available but the car park up the road isn't far away and I found I could move the car nearer by about 4.30pm . Worth having RingGo set up on a phone to save time and coins at the car park if you need to use it. A diagram of how and where to put the bins out would help , also a bit more information for the gas fire to show the position of the controls when on and off . We didn't need it for heat but thought it would look nice in the evening with it on in the fireplace but couldn't manage to get it going .
