Beautiful B&B in a rural location just outside Ypres

Very relaxing stay, we've loved the beautiful views and enjoyed the scrumptuous breakfast.

The breakfast was really abundant. Great being able to taste all that local produce. Great variety. You are allowed to take whatever you can't finish at breakfast with you for lunch. The room was nice, it contained all we needed and had a bonus of lovely views.

For us the fact that the toilet was inside of the room but not completely closed off was a bit annoying. Also I missed some small hangers (at the door perhaps) to hang our jackets. When they are wet, you want to avoid having to go through the room with them before being able to hang them.

This is a delightful place to stay when in Flanders. We would recommend it 100%

The place is very clean, quiet and comfortable!! The hosts are wonderful, friendly and congenial. We chatted in French and English and they helped us with any Flemish we didn’t understand. They are also very accommodating and provided celiac safe food for breakfast. The view from the breakfast room is delightful and provides a beautiful start to the day. The bedroom is clean, modern and has all the necessities, a great hairdryer and lots of electrical outlets! The surrounding area is very peaceful. It’s easy to get to this location using any maps application. The hosts also helped us plan our visit and locate medical assistance when needed. This bed and breakfast is 100% delightful!!

Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt met lokale produkten. Mooi interieur. Ruimte waar je ook kon zitten/iets eten. Lekker wijntje bij onthaal. Prachtige ligging met tal van wandelmogelijkheden en activiteiten.

Fantastische plaats, ligging, accommodatie en gastheer- en gastvrouw!

Zeer mooie en nieuwe accommodatie met schitterend zicht en midden in het hart van het Heuvelland. Fantastische gastheer en gastvrouw die steeds voor je klaar staan, met een babbel of een weetje over de streek, horeca, fiets- en wandeltochten. Ze doen dit ook met passie en hart en ziel. Fantastisch!

- Magnifieke ligging: zicht op de Kemmelberg vanop de eerste rij! - Op en top B&B-gevoel: Katrien en Johan ontvangen je persoonlijk, warm, bijzonder hartelijk en met een lokaal wijntje. - Ontbijten als een keizer: gevarieerde broodjes van lokale bakkers, verschillende soorten kazen, zorgvuldig geselecteerde charcuterie, zelfgemaakte confituur, vruchtensap van eigen makelij, ontbijttoetjes ‘à la Katrien’. Wat over is, neem je mee als lunchpakket. - Kraaknette B&B: alles is nieuw, netjes, stijlvol en comfortabel.
