I can’t say that I liked anything. Maybe only that the person who handed over the keys tried to help, provided brochures with the ferry schedule, and also that we were allowed to check in earlier

To begin with, check-in could have been contactless using a key safe. At first glance, the apartment looked clean, but: the bedding and towels had an unpleasant musty smell, there was mold in the shower, there was no internet — which had supposedly “broken down on the very day we arrived,” yes, a familiar story. The guy who handed us the keys brought another router, but the internet speed was 5 Mbps, which is basically the same as having none. At the time of booking, the property’s rating was 9.2, and I believe that’s not accurate, because with such shortcomings, it simply cannot deserve that rating. In addition, the property is quite far from the waterfront (which we were aware of).

VERY enjoyable. Our best hotel experience in Italy

Was all new and clean. Had AC and fridge. There were adjacent fabulous restaurants - both eat in and take away. Even by Italian standards they were fabulous. There is also an affordable supermarket near by. The property owner was super friendly and we enjoyed meeting him.

It’s up 2 flights of stairs but there is an elevator. To be honest this could be seen as an advantage ! No street noise etc

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful town

The apartment was conveniently located within 10-15 minutes walk from the historic centre and the port. It was clean, newly renovated and very well equipped. Parking was free on the street but it was not so easy to find a vacant space. Overall, we had a great time in Santa Margherita and the beautiful Ligura region.

Host Andrea was very responsive but he wasn't around on the day of our arrival and had delegated the task to someone else who wasn't very friendly and caused us some stress for the retrieval of the keys.

Nice place to stay at Santa Margherita.

I have stayed here before and the owner Andreas is always very nice and friendly. He came to check us in and give the keys. The apartment is small and simple but clean and have everything we needed. There is a small elevator for our luggage. There are many nice restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommended this place and will stay here again.

Host was very helpful and clear about the instructions. The apartment is new and well located, with lots of supermarkets, pharmacies and coffee shops around. It's around 10min by foot do the city center, making it very well located.

This apartment is just perfect. It’s beautiful and clean and it has everything you may need. It’s close to the beach but it’s a bit far from the train station (around 15-20 min by foot). Be aware that all the nearby restaurants and shops are closed from 2 to 6 pm :))

Very pleasant stay, not that far from the city center. The host was very kind and hospitable.

Very welcoming, hospitable and kind host. The apartment seems very new and very clean. Contains all the necessary and basic utensils needed for the short stay.

The parking around the location was hard to find. The air-conditioning could be better, as the existing one can not cool the entire apartment on a hot day.

A very nice host. He handed the keys personally and he was very helpful. The apartment is wonderful, clean, very high standard and all amenities in the kitchen and more. Close to the apartment are a very good restaurants. Very close to the center and all attractions. We will definitely be back next year. Andrea, thank you for everything and see you soon :)

Superfräsch och ren lägenhet med nära gångavstånd till centrum. Värden var väldigt trevlig och lät oss checka in tidigare. Inget att klaga på, allt perfekt.

Andrea è stato accogliente,simpatico e il suo appartamento era pulito, ordinato e funzionale.

Assenza di parcheggi.Sono rientrato alle 23:30 e sino alle 01:15 ho girato intorno alla struttura e oltre...molto oltre alla ricerca di un parcheggio che non si è trovato neanche a pagarlo caro. Un vero incubo che mi ha rovinato la serenità del momento. Per sfinimento ho dovuto lasciarla nel parcheggio di un supermercato nel quale,per riprenderla, sono stato obbligato a fare la spesa la mattina. Abbastanza negativa e degradante la cosa.Peccato che una struttura valida venga penalizzata pesantemente per colpe esterne non sue.....
