Best place I visited during my trip to Italy. It felt like we are in a movie

Amazing place and great location. I was surprised with all the facilities and the services provided. Everything was above expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting santa margharita in terms of location, price, facilities, services and comfort.

Very noisy place with no space to park your car.

The flat has got a nice terrace. Is clean and fully equipped in the kitchen and bathroom.

It is not describe anywhere that the building is located just at the railway line, just 50 meters from the trains. You have a huge noise for the whole day and night. Very difficult to sleep with the open window. It is described as air conditioned but in reality you have any portable air conditioned which is horribly noisy and have the pipe put through the window. So you have the noise from the air condition, you can not close the window because of the pipe and you have the trains all the time.... You sleep almost like at the station. The owner advertise it as with parking. Forget about it!!!. It is just a place on the very narrow street and if you are not lucky you can be very easy blocked by some other cars. It is impossible to get in or get out there if have anything bigger that Fiat 500. The owner is not present there at all. You can text with him on WhatsApp only. IT was not possible even to talk. It took us 3 hours of waiting for the parking solution which ended up at the public, paid parking 30 minutes walk from the place. It was said that "this apartment's special features are the hot tub and the private pool", in fact it is only a small Jacuzzi, which you can use only with the additional payment.

Nice terasse

There was NO air conditioning in the appartament and no wifi! This is not what was advertised and not what we payed 650 euro for. We suffer from 40 degrees heat with a baby, moreover the place is infested with mosquitos. To avoid!!!

Fantastic atmosphere, super neighbours. Felt like being surrounded by distant relatives.

The heat. Place has a fan and mobile airco, but barely sufficient in the current heat. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional

The terrace was cosy and spacious - we absolutely loved it. The location was really convenient, and the apartment was very clean. We have felt a constant care of the host - a welcome foccacia, and umbrella, when it rains, and other small details is a lovely add-on to the whole experience. Thank you!

The sound of the passing trains did not surprise us, because we saw it was to be expected, in the reviews. However, sensitive sleeppers should have this in mind, when booking the place.

Beautiful apartment with nice décor and comfy beds. Terrace is also very boho chic. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Close to good restaurants and 5 minutes from the center. Safe neighborhood.

In the morning there were a lot of ants in the bathroom - we did not leave the windows open overnight so it was really weird to see an entire colony on the wall, which later entered the apartment as well.

la terrasse magnifique, l’appartement est spacieux

on a l’impression d’être dans une gare ferroviaire !! sympa la nuit à être réveillé en sursaut à chaque passage de train !! il faut dire que la literie était tellement très dégradée que le combo literie train était parfait pour une sacré mauvaise nuit !!

Buona zona, casa pulita, istruzioni per l'accesso abbastanza chiare.

La vasca esterna scalda ad una velocità di 1/2 ° l'ora, sarebbe stato ottimale se fosse stata accesa prima dell'arrivo, così da poterla utilizzare quasi subito. Manca la cura nei dettagli, con prese rotte e per niente messe in sicurezza.

Nu mi a plăcut nimic , curățenie nu era , erau gândaci în cameră , promovează jacuzzi și nu este funcțional, ne au păcălit ca merge și când am ajuns acolo a spus ca seară nu putem să l folosim și a doua zi când am vrut să l folosim la fel nu a funcționat,

Pas grand chose... L'appartement est bien placé par rapport à la plage mais sans plus

- Le train qui passe juste derrière l'appartement, avec la chaleur impossible de dormir les fenêtres fermées donc préparez vous à un réveil matinal à 6h, et si vous vous rendormez, petit rappel toutes les 30 minutes ! - La place de parking, qui n'est pas une place puisque c'est se garer dans la rue. Bonne chance avec les voisins qui se garent pour réussir à passer votre voiture ! - La communication avec le propriétaire : un calvaire. J'ai appelé depuis la France, 3 fois sans réponse et un merveilleux hors-forfait alors que mon forfait de téléphone prend les appels en UE ; j'ai du relancer 3 fois afin d'obtenir une réponse, et en contrepartie je me suis faite inonder de messages préparés dans 3 langues différentes à chaque fois. - 1 clim pour deux pièces à dormir différentes et une chaleur à mourir, rajouter un petit ventilo pour le salon/chambre n'est pas du luxe... - Les lits ne sont pas extrêmement confortables pour ceux un peu sensibles

Épouvantable. Très bruyant. Voie ferrée. A fuir

Séjour totalement gâché par la situation de l´appartement en bordure de voie ferrée. Non précisé dans l´annonce. Également à côté des cours de tennis... où l´on joue très tôt le matin jusqu'à très tard. A proximité du centre ville. Seul point positif.

Appartement très mal isolé e situé tm à 15 mètres de la voie ferrée : des trains toute la journée et toute la nuit (seule accalmie ente 2h30 à 4h30 du matin). Rien ne précisait un tel désagrément. Et un chien d´un appartement voisin qui aboie toute la nuit... Pas de climatisation mais un climatiseur portatif qu il faut déplacer d´une pièce à l´autre et un tuyau pour rejeter l´air à l´exterieur qui oblige à garder une fenêtre ouverte.. les moustiques s´en donnent alors à cœur joie. Nous nous sommes fait dévorer. Literie épouvantable, on sent les ressorts dans le lit. Matelas canapé non adapté. Trop fin. Jacuzzi sale et terrasse faite de bric et de broc. Moisissures salle de bain en plafond et sur les joints de faïence. Ampoule manquante salle de bains. Cela a nettement besoin de rénovation. Il serait bien aussi d´avoir du linge de toilette un peu moins usé... Les meubles sont désuets et mal repeints, tout comme l´appartement, pour donner un aspect contemporain, c´est raté. Pas de place de parking comme indiqué mais on peut se garer au fond de l´impasse même si c´est difficile. Aucune place réservée, premier arrivé premier servi. A ce prix, il vaut mieux regarder les hôtels de santa catherina... Nous avons tenté de contacter le propriétaire pendant notre séjour. Pas de réponse à nos demandes. Une vraie arnaque... après notre départ le propriétaire ose nous dire que nous sommes les seuls à nous plaindre. Pourtant tous les avis booking de cet été font état de cette voie ferrée et de tout le reste... Nous avons de nombreuses photos à votre disposition.

Host molto Smart nel modo sbagliato e bugiardo come pochi!

Host molto Smart, ma con scarsi risultati. Poca cura dell’ospite, poca flessibilità nel check in e nel check out. La casa era congelata, all'arrivo 15 gradi, l'host ha assicurato che si sarebbe scaldata subito, ma si intuiva che era vuota da tempo e la temperatura è diventata accettabile solo al momento della partenza. Peccato, l’appartamento è molto carino anche se datato. LA RISPOSTA DELL'HOST E' INACETTABILE, ABBIAMO CHIESTO MEZZ'ORA DI TEMPO IN PIU' PER IL CHECK OUT, NON UN ORA COME RISPONDE MENTENDO, E NON CI E' STATA CONCESSA. PER QUANTO RIGUARDA IL RISCALDAMENTO, LA CASA ERA GELIDA PERCHE' PROBABILMENTE CHIUSA DA SETTIMANE, COME PUO' ACCADERE PER UNA CASA AL MARE IN UN MOMENTO, 11 GENNAIO, iN CUI NON C'E' OMBRA DI TURISTA, IMPOSSIBILE RISCALDARLA IN UNA NOTTE SOLA CON UN IMPIANTO OBSOLETO E PROBABILMENTE NON A NORMA.
