The heating system was loud, there is a bed in the same room and you cannot sleep well there because of that. However a double and a single bed are available in the bedroom.

Gut gelegene Wohnung, die von „zuviel“ befreit werden muss. Dusche und Parkplatz unmöglich.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Lage gut. Die Kapselkaffemaschine mit den bereitgestellten Kapseln war gut, nur eine Menge Müll, da alle einzeln eingepackt und Pappbecher um den Kaffee zu ziehen. Der riesige TV war ein Highlight der Wohnung, auch wenn er völlig deplatziert wirkte. Die Klimaanlage im Flur war leistungsstark, musste aber alle Räume kühlen.

Die Dusche war so eng, dass ich nur geduscht habe, wenn es unbedingt notwendig war. Zum Glück war es nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt. Im Bad konnte man quasi nichts persönliches abstellen, da alles vollgestellt war mit „bereitgestellten Waschmittel, Duschzeug, Shampoo etc“. Ich habe in einer Wohnung noch nie so viel Putzzeug auf einem Haufen gesehen. Bei den Handtüchern, die nicht schön waren, waren noch gefühlte 30 Putztücher. Der Balkon konnte wegen der Tauben, die vom Dach heruntermachten nicht genutzt werden. Die Müllbehälter fanden wir zufällig auf dem Balkon. Der Parkplatz war eine Zumutung - es fehlte nicht viel um sich hier das Auto kaputt zu fahren, da er eng war und es direkt daneben eine Stufe herunter ging.

Appartamento molto carino e rifornito di ogni cosa. Bel terrazzo e letto comodo. Ottimo parcheggio. Staff molto gentile.

Struttura molto ampia e confortevole per la mia famiglia composta da 5 pers(cosa difficile da trova

Ci e piaciuto la posizione. Vicino al centro. Il supermercato vicino e anche dei bei ristoranti. La proprietaria molto carina a darci una mano per lo spostamento dalla stazione al appartamento, e poi portarci anche a Portofino. Consigliattisimo!!!!!

La cosa che mi ha dato fastidio era il caldo fuori che non c’entra niente con l’appartamento

Ottima posizione, Parcheggio presente, il che sembra un miracolo a Santa Margherita Ligure. Proprietaria gentilissima, Pulizie e accoglienza ottime. L'appartamento e' sito al 4^ piano, ma e' presente l'ascensore. Il bagno e' piuttosto piccolo, con doccia piccola e idromassaggio si intende nella colonna della doccia. Per una prossima vacanza saremo lieti di scegliere i nuovo questo appartamento-

Appartement 15 min à pied de la plage

Valentina nous a fait un formidable accueil. Toutes les explications sont clairs et elle parle français ! Le logement bénéficie d'un accès en ascenseur. Dernier étage au 4eme. Impasse donc assez calme malgré des Italien qui hurlent et applaudit jusqu'à 0h (peut-être soir de match). Nous avons entendu le chant des grenouilles le soir. 15 min de la plages et resto, commerce Capo juste à côté. La literie est très confortable dans le King site mais le salon moins. Le balcon est à l'ombre le matin et au soleil l'après midi. Climatisation dans le logement. Un seul jeu de clé qui activé l'électricité.

À votre arrivé il n'y aura que 4 doses de café, donc pas d'eau fraiche ou petit déjeuner pour enfants. Il y a pour cuisiner, le sel et huile d'olive.. Manque du linge de cuisine (serviettes torchons). Les étendages sont vieux. 2 tasses ont été mal lavé. Les chiens des balcons voisin sont bien là.

L'appartamento era pulitissimo e con tutto quello di cui si possa avere bisogno per un breve soggiorno . Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti di camminata ma bar e supermercato sono 2/3 minuti. L'host disponibile e gentile.
