For value for money it’s an excellent choice. It’s spotlessly clean and has everything you need and location of the town

Fluffy towels, bottle of Prosecco on arrival was a lovely surprise, plentiful choice of complimentary breakfast items. Location to town centre was fabulous. Very clean property.

For the money and location it’s not really a problem but it’s a bit dated. A full mirror would be nice.

A very good place to spend 1 ore even 2 weeks in Santa Margherita Ligure

The terrace is wonderful! We spent lovely evenings and mornings there. The kitchen is very well equipped, including all sort of spices. The parking place is life saving, especially during week-end. The staff were friendly, helpful and quick responding. The location. A little bit far from the beaches, but this was OK for us, since we do not like the noise and crowded places.

Slightly outdated furniture. It part of the apartment charm, but for some people might count this aspect. During week-ends the road nearby can be quite busy, but you can solve the problem by closing the windows.

Just amazing flat and amazing location

Amazing spacious flat in the authentic Italian style, with all the things you would need to feel like home. Amazing location in the cosy area close to the old beautiful park and villa Durazzi with beautiful views on the sea and the city. The flat is located maximum 10-15 minutes by foot to the city centre and the beach. Very good supermarket just in the corner. The parking place in the garage is available as well and can be reserved in advance. The hosts are very nice and always helpful. I put 10 points without any hesitation. And looking forward to come again. PS: huge thanks and respect that it’s allowed to host the dogs.

Wonderful apartment to enjoy a nice city.

We were very comfortable at this place even though my husband was ill. First, it provided parking, second they explained about the parking, and it all worked. Owners sent us good photos of everything. Good AC. Nice balcony with a pleasant view. The kitchen had coffee, salt, pepper, water in fridge. Appreciated because it was very hot. The location was close to everything. No loud noise at night.

Great apartment with amazing terrace

Amazing terrace (the pictures didn’t do it enough justice!), great with AC, good quiet location but short walk only to centre and beach, supermarket around the corner. Beds were comfortable, the place was super clean and we loved the supplies of coffee, some snacks and wine! Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Santa Margherita!

A lovely stay in a friendly place.

A lovely apartment in a quieter part of town. We stayed in the apartment with the large terrace which was beautiufl and we spent a lot of time there. The views were amazing! The apartment was well stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies and contact with the owners was easy and they are very friendly.

It's worth noting that the lift doesn't go all the way up to this terrace which was a little difficult for my Mum who was on crutches. It's also worth noting that there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with only a single not twin beds as stated in the description.

The apartment was beautiful! Very spacious great beds and everything you needed . the special touches were lovely chocolate on the pillow and lots of welcoming treats in the kitchen.the owners were exceptional . Our car battery was flat and they went out of their way to help us. We were welcomed on arrival and were treated like friends. also there is a lift in the apartment block which is fantastic. We will be definitely be back and highly recommend this apartment . To have Netflix was another treat. What a wonderful experience to be treated with such warmth and kindness thank you Lorenzo,Stefano and Andrea !

A splendid apartment, well appointed and very clean. The apartment is only a few minutes from the centre of Santa Margharita and within a few minutes of a supermarket. The hosts are very friendly and most accommodating and with very good communication. Highly recommended.

Si tratta di un vero appartamento, non del tipico alloggio per vacanze. Ci si sta veramente comodi. Accoglienza dell'host e assistenza in caso di necessità eccellente. La casa è consegnata provvista di generi alimentari di prima necessità e di tutto ciò che serve per le pulizie. Il centro è vicino con una passeggiata di 10 minuti.

Non è una critica ma un suggerimento per chi ha difficoltà motorie: accesso con ascensore fino a primo piano e poi rampa di scale.
