1 star accommodation and 1 star service.

Not much.

Lift was inoperative due to scheduled maintenance planned during our stay and host said it wasn’t their responsibility and was very rude. Made it more challenging with an 84 year old nonna and baby. Had booked a two bedroom with a lift but it was a one bedroom without a lift. Actually managed by Portofino Vacanze who were a hassle to deal with and not prepared to refund any money. Wanted to charge for a high chair even though it was listed in the inclusions- and tried to argue in the fine print that they could charge for it. The second ‘bedroom’ is a room with a window into the master bedroom. Both toilets leaked, there was an open power socket under the tv which was sparking when we arrived (they fixed this). Didn’t provide the key/swipe for the bins despite asking. Fourth time staying in Santa Margarita and by far the worst accommodation. I’m sure Barbara is lovely, but the whole outsourcing the hosting to another agency that then uses a booking service means the customer loses out.

Great location, only 10 minute walk from centre of town and the main train station. Supermarket just round the corner from the property. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need during your stay - even a washing machine and dishwasher. Easy check in online and staff communicated key pick up process clearly with step by step instructions. Would highly recommend.

The only thing we would change about the property is there was no air conditioning, it was so hot and we found it difficult to sleep. Maybe the staff could add more fans around the property.

On a passé 5 superbes journées santa Margherita Ligure est super magnifique 🥰

L’emplacement était super pas loin de la plage, par contre difficile trouver une place de stationnement.

L’air conditionné n’avait même pas de télécommande, on à utilisé les petits ventilateurs trouvé dans l’armoire mais insuffisant , les nuits sont très chaudes en été.

Fiz procura no booking de apartamento com estacionamento, (mesmo a pagamento a parte). O anúncio dizia apartamento com parque, quando na realidade não tinham estacionamentos nenhuns. Uma correria todos os dias para estacionar.
