Great location, kind and reachable staff, clean facilities.

The stairs and elevator are very narrow. What out with the washing machine. One inner plastic cover part was missing, so it ruined our few clothes. But totally fine for towels.

Excellent location within 5/10 mins walk to the sea front. Apartment was clean and modern in design with good facilities

We loved the location! Maria Cristina is kind and we felt comfortable in the space. Very easy access to the waterfront, and not a terrible walk from the train station (though with bags & heat you might want a ride). Also very close to the entrance of Villa Durazzo, gorgeous gardens and a playground that entertained our 3 year old. The space is very much a typical apartment and we appreciated that! A line for the laundry would have helped with our laundry but there is a drying rack in the space. There's a great little grocery store basically across the street that we visited daily for wine & provisions. The elevator was also a highlight :)

The garbage situation was a little confusing but I could have asked for more clarification on what goes where/etc. Checkout involved some waiting for our host but we were also able to leave our bags after checkout before our train which was a lifesaver! Very much appreciated!!

Location is excellent! Spotless! Has almost everything you need for cooking a meal. Large apartment, specially for Europe! It is family run, and it shows that they care! Very nice people. I will go back for sure. Highly recommended!
