Great apartment near the centre.

The locality of the apartment to the centre and access to Portofino which is to minute drive from Santa Margherita.

Didn't know about having to pay extra tourist tax on the day of arrival. Apparently this is a new policy introduced by the government in July.

Loved the apartment and I highly recommend Santa Margherita ligure and surrounding area.

It was a perfect apartment near everything. Very clean and well taken care of. The owner’s lovely daughter met us with the keys and gave us lots of information about the area. The washing machine was very handy. Great little elevator to get up to the apartment. Absolutely no complaints!

Great location and great apartment

This is a great apartment. It is in a wonderful location, close to shops, supermarkets and the waterfront. The apartment is quite spacious and was extremely clean. We had a 6 night stay at Santa Margherita Ligure. It was a great base from which to explore places a train or bus ride away.

Lovely centrally located apartment in Santa Margherita

We were in the 2 bedroom apartment. It is a lovely, clean apartment. Close to shops and waterfront. Very centrally located. The only reason I give it a 9 is because we had issues with the wifi. After reporting to Maria, the host, she immediately made effort to reset.

Amazing place

Amazing apartment, the host is amazing, she's extremely helpful and friendly. A focaccia as a welcome gift was a very pleasant touch. The apartment is right in the centre close to everything. What is more it is extremely large. The bed was very comfy, there is AC in every room, we couldn't ask for more.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Airco in each room. The location is excellent, in the centre close to everything. A short walk to the beach, bus, ferry and train station.

A minor issue for us bit could be more important for others - a toilet is combined with the bathroom.

Owner immediately got help to set the A/C and the A/C worked exceptionally well in all rooms for the week. The rooms had high ceilings and a great sense of space The shutters The owner's friendliness Closeness to the station and centre

The room with the single beds was noisy but we moved one bed to the large living room which was quiet.

Overall an excellent place to spend your holiday.

The apartment was huge, very clean and easily accesible with an elevator. The location was close to the beach, to restaurants and the city center, to a supermarket, bakery and other small shops. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent place to spend your holiday.

Could use some more hooks in the bathroom, but there was a wire on the balcony. The elevator is very small, but enough to carry the lugagge.

We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again next time we are in this area

The property is spacious having a nice living room with a small balcony, a kitchen, and bedroom and bathroom with nice shower. There is even a washing machine if needed. It is a five minute walk to the main waterfront and also the ferry terminal. There are many restaurants there as well. We had a car with us and were able to reserve a spot in their garage located not even a 1/2 block away. Maria has been a wonderful host and we thank her.

A beautiful clean comfortable spot, a great sport close to portafino

Everything. This is a beautiful apartment. When we heard that the owner is an artist .. It all made sense! Marie Christine has created a beautiful place to stay .. The bottled water in the fridge .. a simple but lovely extra .. local bread left for us. Coffee machine … very very clean She allowed us to leave the bags until later in the day… she lent us towels so that we could go for a swim in portafino! I highly recommend this spot and I will be back!

This is a fantastic Airbnb that has everything you need in a great location with wonderful hosts.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was modern, fresh and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect as it was close to restaurants and the supermarket, as well as being in the heart of Santa Margherita. Our hosts were so welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant - I can’t praise them enough - beautiful people.

We’ll equipped, new apartment in center of town

Loved that it had AC! We were in Italy for a few weeks and in the middle of a heat wave. The fact that this flat had AC was such a lifesaver. It seemed like a newly remodeled, well appointed / equipped flat that had everything to make our stay comfortable (even coffee for the morning and a washing machine to do laundry!) Location was great too! No complaints.

The additional cost for parking was a bit of a surprise. Otherwise everything was great.

Great location, clean and spacious. Great working A/C units. Comfortable beds. Provided us with lovely welcome focaccia and a local guidebook of recommendations for the area.

No toiletries were provided so make sure to bring your own. Everything else was wonderful. The room smelled very strongly of sanitizer when we arrived. Could have been less harsh of a smell but good to know it had been cleaned.

Superb

The apartment was great for our family of 4 - centrally located, near groceries, cafes/bars, and restaurants, a short walk to the beach, playgrounds, parks, and shops. Our host welcomed us with some wonderful focaccia from a nearby bakery that turned out to be our favorite in town. The air conditioning, wifi, kitchen, TV, and washer all worked well, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. We left behind a beach umbrella and bucket we hope future families could use as well.
