Apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, 30 meters from the harbor and promenade, close to bars, restaurants, shops and public transport.
We are 10 minutes from Portofino and 15 from Golf and Tennis Club Rapallo.
At 100 meters from the house on the seafront of Santa starts the ferry to the Cinque Terre and to San Fruttuoso (ideal for scuba diving enthusiasts)
In half an hour by car you arrive in Genoa
Two comfortable double bedrooms, a small living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, a small terrace with a view of Santa's port.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The host (Chiara) was very responsive with any need we had. The VRBO was at least as described, if not better than. The location was within easy walking distance of restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. Wifi was ample to stream videos. AC was cold enough to keep up with the warmer weather outside. We did not cook at the unit but the kitchen was stocked with most everything you would need. We will definitely use her again if/when we return.

Chiara was very hospitable and kind and met us upon arrival. The room was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The two bathrooms made getting ready much easier and having a washer was a bonus too since it meant we could travel lighter. The balcony offered pleasant evenings while enjoying the beautiful view. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

This place was very roomy. The 2 bathrooms were helpful. The location was within walking distance of everything we needed. The host was great to work with. You do need to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment. I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location and friendly check in. Chiara was prompt in replying to questions. Location is perfect for the beach, ferries, restaurants and historical attractions. The property itself is well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, recently renovated 2 bedroom appointment. A/c is very cold. Worked great. Amazing kitchen with clothes washer and dishwasher. Anything you can think of, they had it.

Well appointed apartment in a very convenient location

The apartment has two good sized bedrooms a large entrance hall and a large kitchen/diner. All one could need for a holiday base. Its 3 floors up with no lift so not suitable for those who struggle with stairs. We would happily stay there again. Its about 100m from the sea front and a bus ride or 15 min walk from Santa Margherita Station.

Spacious apartment with good sized rooms. Very good configuration worked very well with a sofa bed in living room as third bedroom. Kitchen/ dining very nice size too making this a great apartment for our group of five adults. Local shops are very handy- bar/ cafe down the road- €1 for an espresso, good bakery and supermarket. Little balcony is nice. Used air con which meant we could close shutters at nights as mopeds going up the hill are quite noisy and the chaps running the scuba business next door can be heard. Suited us well and once we bought our ear plugs all fine!

Great town and lots of things to do. The apartment has a lot of space with high celling and great view from the balcony, but you will need earplugs when sleeping!
