Magnificent views! Would stay here again despite small issues.
The view was even better than the photos. The location was perfect and the apartment was spacious and double windows blocked out the noise outside. Well equiped kitchen that came very handy.
The property needs some maintenance. A $250 was reserved for any damage and this was a concern because the apartment was rustic and not everything was in working order, although functional. If i had to be picky.. the cleaning could have been better ie floors and ledges

Lovely view but the apartment needs renovation and new furniture.
La Casa sul Porto by Portofino Homes has the most wonderful view. It truly is beautiful. The apartment, too, could be really lovely. The basic layout is nice and the overall seafarer feel is so in keeping with Santa Margherita, with windows opening up widely maximising the views. However, the lounges are awful and uncomfortable with coverings that feel grubby. The floors are tile which felt so gritty underfoot we wore socks the whole time. The kitchen cupboard drawer came off in our hand ten minutes into our stay- it remained un repaired throughout our visit. The bathrooms are adequate and the washing machine functions- two helpful amenities. The beds are rock hard and two rooms only have single beds. We did not know in advance that the apartment is on the third floor up three flights of steep and narrow stairs.
The three flights of stairs are awful to climb with suitcases. We did receive assistance from the staff to get our bags up those stairs ( for a generous tip).
