Really not worth the money spent. The only nice thing about it was the location but the apartment was dirty even though

The location and the spaciousness of the apartment

We had to wait 2 hrs to check in.. the sinks were clogged and covered with beard trimmed hair, there were cigarette buds near the entrance of the apartment and the main TV was not working

Great location, good staff, terrible quality furniture.

Great location

The second bedroom was 2 single mattresses of terrible quality instead of a large bed as stated. The staff were excellent at resolving this and swapping over the mattress. The furniture is very different from the photos and of cheaper quality. The lounge area is very unwelcoming. Dining chairs old and cracked.

Perfect place in a wonderful holiday location!

The apartment is located in the second floor of a small apartment building with elevator, about 2 walking minutes from the city center. Security measures (locks, doors) were exceptionally good. The apartment was super clean, beautifully furnished and offered everything you would want from a holiday apartment. Living room and bed rooms are all equipped with AC and TV and our apartment had 2 small but sufficient balconies. The team of the hotel was always available and extremely friendly and helpful! At the end, we regretted so much to have to leave this wonderful place.

A fantastic apartment in a great location

-you pick up your key from LHP Suites Hotel (a 5* hotel 3 minutes’ walk from the apartment), and a staff member helps you to the apartment and even helps take luggage up for you (Giovanni was extremely helpful) -apartment has 2 bedrooms, master has 1 Queen/King + bathroom and the other room has 2 single beds and a bathroom next to it -living room is spacious and has 2 single sofa-sleepers -location is amazing, 3-4 mins to the town center -we had a car, while during high season it was a bit difficult to find a spot in the neighborhood, if you walk to the town center, and especially after the restaurants are closed, there was always plenty of parking-and the beauty of it is that you can pay for 1-2 days at the parking machine 😍 Overall this apartment can easily accommodate 4-5 people (we were 2+3kids) Highly recommended!

We stayed at the hotel. Pleasent stay, nice rooms very comfortable and clean. Location is excellent just a little walk to the beach and the walking streets with lots of restaurants.

Jeste trochę rozczarowany pobraniem kaucji w wysokości 200 euro, o której nie było mowy na bookingu.

Ottima base per visitare la Riviera.

Soggiorno molto piacevole a Santa Margherita. Il check-in è stato impeccabile, anche fuori orario, con grande disponibilità e cortesia da parte dello staff. L’appartamento è ben posizionato e comodo per esplorare la zona.

Unica nota negativa: non è presente un parcheggio direttamente associato all’appartamento. Tuttavia, la questione si risolve facilmente grazie alla disponibilità del parcheggio dell’hotel “gemello” che gestisce anche l’appartamento, quindi alla fine non è stato un vero problema. L’unico altro dettaglio migliorabile riguarda la pulizia generale degli oggetti e dei prodotti presenti in casa, che in alcuni casi è sembrata un po’ approssimativa. Per il resto, esperienza positiva.

Enorme y muy comodo

El departamento era ENORME, limpio, impecable. Realmente nos sorprendio muchisimo cuando llegamos, super recomiendo. Caminas unas cuadras y llegas al agua y si vas para el otro lado a un lugar con restaurantes.

Es poco practico que tengas que ir a buscas las llaves al hotel y despues tengas que caminar hasta el departamento, que queda en la otra punta de Santa Margherita. Deberian recibirte directamente en el departamento

Soggiorno perfetto, tutto impeccabile!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, ben arredati e curati nei dettagli. La pulizia era impeccabile, con biancheria fresca e profumata. Il Wi-Fi ha funzionato perfettamente per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Anche la posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal centro e comoda per raggiungere ristoranti e servizi. Complimenti alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale.

Appartamento pulito e ben arredato, in posizione non al centro di Santa Margherita....ma visto il caos meglio. Il centro di raggiunge in due minuti a piedi. Ben attrezzato ....l'unica pecca ....i materassi.....sarebbe bastato un topper per arrivare al top. Appartamento ideale per due coppie......in quanto i due bagni sono davvero utili. Nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente

Appartamento e posizione fantastici

Appartamento bellissimo, arredato con stile e molto accogliente. Ogni dettaglio molto curato, dagli asciugamani, all’arredo bagno, ai dispenser, alle stoviglie in cucina e i piccoli elettrodomestici. La stanze pulite e profumate. Il riscaldamento c’era ed è stato più che sufficiente. La posizione era ottimale rispetto al lungomare, al supermercato e ai ristoranti e bar. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile.

Appartamenti puliti, spaziosi e ben forniti

Appartamenti ben curati e ben tenuti, massima pulizia. Sono forniti di tutti gli strumenti per cucinare, posizione strategica (vicino al mare ma non troppo) e massima disponibilità dello staff.

Avendo alloggiato in inverno, un sistema di riscaldamento più efficace sarebbe stato certamente gradito. In alcune stanze non si è riuscito a riscaldare l'ambiente a dovere.
