excellent location - very clean and extreme comfortable - you can find everthing what could be necessary at the house - washing machine, all kitchen equipments, sugar,salt, pasta etc. even beach umbrella :) the owner was very kind they provide special car park with is located 3-5 minute walking distance. only 10 minute drive distance to Portofino

ther rooms were equiped with Floor Fan - it could be better if they had air conditioner

good but a kettle and a toaster would of been nice and the gas hob to work, we ended up having to eat out

The step in the bathroom is a hazard, my 86 year old mother fell off it twice and cut her arm, it needs to have a warning on it

Felt like a home from home. It was well positioned, close to shops and not too far from the beach.

No air con! It was a bit of a surprise to be asked for 50 Euros cleaning fee on arrival, the apartment was expensive enough without this-cant be too difficult to include this in the price!

The location is great and close to the central part of SML. The apartment has all the stuff you need to cook.

I liked everything about this lovely very spacious apartment. It had all the amenities to suit our needs and a perfect location with just a small stroll into the mains square.

Appartement à éviter en plein été , pour le prix, la climatisation fait défaut

- Message reçu avec toutes les instructions. Très bien détaillé . Boite à clés. - situation : dans le centre ville , proche toutes commodities

- quand on est arrivé dans l’appartement , il faisait plus de 30 degrés à l’intérieur … Avec une température extérieure qui était en constante à plus de 28 depuis plusieurs semaines (et la nuit aussi) il est impossible d’avoir un appartment frais . Je n’ai pas fait attention en réservant à la climatisation, je pensais que pour le prix elle serait présente . Grosse déception du coup. Le séjour a été gâché par les fortes chaleurs . Mes enfants ont été réveillés dans la nuit, impossible de s’endormir , compliqué d’ouvrir les fenêtres car du bruit dans les rues (scooter)

Alles perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub mit Familie im schönen Santa

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, die Lage wirklich zu empfehlen. In die Innenstadt sind es ein bisschen mehr als 5 Minuten, gleich ums Eck gibt es einen Supermarkt sowie einen tollen Bäcker. Der check-in sowie der ganze Kontakt war super und bestens organisiert. Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung!!!!

L'appartamento ha una buona posizione, tranquilla e a pochi passi dal centro. È ideale per una famiglia o per un gruppo, per passare qualche giorno conviviale

È un vecchio appartamento riadattato, vecchi mobili, lenzuola di casa, materassi un po' molli. Sfortunatamente chiudendo le finestre riaffiora un passato in cui si fumava in casa.

Molto buona la posizione centrale, appartamento ampio.

L’unica pecca è stato il parcheggio, piuttosto lontano da raggiungere a piedi dall’ appartamento e in una strada un po’ scomoda da percorrere. Noi avevamo un van e non è stato facile fare manovra per uscire. Inoltre il cancello del parcheggio non si chiudeva, era rotto il lucchetto. Per noi che siamo musicisti era fondamentale si chiudesse per la sicurezza degli strumenti ma per fortuna non è successo nulla.

Séjour parfait! Nous sommes prêts à recommencer!

Le séjour a été parfait. Le logement est situé près d'une supérette et de nombreux restaurants. Le matin nous avons pu prendre la petit déjeuner dans une pâtisserie/salon de thé. Tout était très propre, il n'y a rien à redire. Le logement est très calme. Nous sommes prêts à renouveler l'expérience!

Il n'y a pas de climatisation. Néanmoins nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur car les conditions climatiques étaient assez favorables.
