La DaMa di Santa

Soggiorno molto piacevole! Io e i miei fratelli abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l’accoglienza e la pulizia, che ci hanno permesso di sentirci come a casa. L’appartamento era davvero immacolato ed è dotato di aria condizionata. Abbiamo trovato molto carini anche i piccoli dettagli, come le bottigliette d’acqua sul comodino e la presenza di un armadietto della farmacia, segno di grande attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti. Molto comodi anche il box - considerando che a Santa è molto difficile trovare parcheggio - e la posizione: il mare si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato virtualmente ottime dritte su dove andare a mangiare. Consiglio questo appartamento anche per l’ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: rispetto ad altre soluzioni nei dintorni, il prezzo è decisamente più conveniente senza rinunciare alla qualità.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ausgezeichnet. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Hause ist ein großer Vorteil beim generellen Parkproblem in der Stadt. Das Apartment ist geräumig. Es fehlt an nichts.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July and I wished I stayed longer. We are a family of 4, 2 adults , 2 Teens. The property was spacious, super clean, close to everything, comfortable. Honestly it was great. They have a large grocery across the street that’s super convenient. The place is only 7-10 minutes walk to/from the water. And the owners Davide and Martina are wonderful!! When Davide came to meet us to give us the key he suggested places to visit the best routes to take. Such a nice man and his wife sent us a list of restaurants to try. Really great experience. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nothing really, but it was for us a lot more work because we had a box on top of the car, so we had to unload bagage in front of the appartement and had to park somewhere in the city, that was a bit of stress for us when we arrived and left. The people around the appartement seemed a bit grumpy (nodding heads, telling you that it's not allowed to stand still there) so we felt stressed loading and unloading. Nothing to do with the appartement itself or the hosts. Walk from the appartement to Portofino, stop at Parraggia beach and take the boat back to Santa.
