Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with a convenient closet, a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, each of which is complete with a closet. The first, located on the right and separated from the other ones, features a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second one comes with a queen-size bed, the third one has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. The layout is completed by a storage room and a second bathroom with shower.At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
