Good location close to town centre, loads of room, nice balconies, good air-conditioning, a bit pricey but considering amount of room and facilities and time of year to be expected. Easy access via keys are initially, would recommend and would stay here again.
No kettle....plenty of stove top espresso makers though... you are in Italy after all! Walking up the lane to the house from main road is tough in 38 degree heat, but its only about 50m 🥵. Worth it for the views though.

För lågt tryck i vattenledningssystemet vilket medförde att duschar inte fungerade tillfredsställande. Duschhandtag saknades i ett badrum och duschslang läckte i ett annat badrum. Fixades av Alessandro inom 24 timmar. Avloppet från badkaret i ett rum måste rensas, det tar flera minuter efter avslutad dusch, för badkaret att tömmas. Ohygieniskt .

Villa Marcella è una casa adatta ad una famiglia numerosa oppure ad un gruppo di amici che vuole trascorrere un bel soggiorno tranquillo a Santa Margherita. E' una casa arredata con gusto e super accessoriata. Elegante, che risponde ad ogni esigenza! I balconi che danno sulla riviera sono uno spettacolo, credo di aver trovato la mia Perla nel Tigullio.
