Riviera Flavour Apartments II by Wonderful Italy

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Easy access with a lot of luggage. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the thoughtful details, including the coffee pods. Check-in was super quick and easy. Carlotta was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and she gave us lots of great recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely be happy to come back!

Fantastic location. Modern design apartment. Functional kitchen. Excellent air-conditioning.

There is an imbalance in the high price vs what the apartment provider delivers. For example, you are greeted with a set of onerous rules about taking out trash and your need to report any existing damage back to the provider within the first 24 hours of your stay; however, on arrival you just want to enjoy the apartment but they put the onus straight onto you so you are not pinged for any existing damage and there is some wear and tear. Beyond that though, we had booked the place because it is listed as having a sofa that can be slept on which we requested be made up; upon arrival the 'greeter' did a quick orientation and rapidly left before we had asked about whether the sofa had been made up. Then when we went to check whether the sofa had been made up, we discovered the sofa was broken (so we needed to take photos per their policy to prove it wasn't us as we had just arrived). So then we got the greeter to return and they were able to open the broken sofa and get us linen to make it up. Ultimately we were able to use the sofa, but it was difficult as the steel frame was buckled. We should have been told about the broken sofa in the first place. The apartment is marketed as a 'luxury' and priced for luxury but it's not a lux experience that's for sure. I would avoid Wonderful Italy in the future. There feels like a lack of honesty combined with a very high price.
