Ausgezeichnete Lage! Blick über St.Margherita! Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht! Geschäfte und Strand schnell zu Fuß erreichbar! Öffentlicher Parkplatz wenige Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt.
Bis zum Apartment sind es sehr viele Stufen! Das Apartment selbst ist auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt - wird auch in der Anzeige erwähnt. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.

Amazing location, close to the centre and easy walk for restaurants and the beaches. Very clean, and large property, great air conditioning and comfortable overall. Helpful and easy communication with the owner

Posizione e terrazzo
Pulizia: troppa polvere in giro. Abbiamo trovato un orecchino sul tappeto (ovviamente NON nostro) quindi dubito sia stato passato aspirapolvere. Asciugamani non avevano un buon profumo (oltre a non essercene stato uno a testa delle dimensioni per la doccia). Inoltre le lenzuola di una stanza davano l’impressione che non fossero state cambiate dal soggiorno precedente, o semplicemente erano molto stropicciate. La casa è bellissima, ma andrebbe manutenuta un po’ meglio (gabinetto incrostato, doccia con segni di muffa, tenda sul terrazzo rotta, …)
