Fantastic location, nice furnishings but be prepared for a lot of stairs

The local is fantastic, right in the marina and a nice walk around to Portofino. The apartment is very nicely furnished. Check in was easy. There were three toilets - one in each bathroom and a powder room on the second floor where the kitchen was that also included a washing machine. The rooftop terrace had great views of the marina and the Chiesa di San Giacomo.

The master bedroom needs a new bed. Every time we moved the springs in the bed squeaked very loudly. You do have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. And the whole apartment is split into three levels with the kitchen on the second floor so if more stairs are a challenge, this isn’t the right accommodation for you.

Simply stunning to enjoy and explore.

Beautifully styled, very spacious home that was such a pleasure to stay in. The location is great. One block from the seaside and close to many eateries and shops. Our host was wonderful at responding when needed. The home itself does require guests to be good with stairs which was not an issue for us - great for the legs! The attention to detail in each room was so lovely to explore and uncover. I highly recommend this home for anyone keen to see what it really looks like on the inside of one of these gorgeous Italian buildings, albeit this version is clearly a beautifully designed version. Ps. The bed on the main floor was super comfortable!

Location is excellent, rooms are OK, rooftop is cool

Value for money is really weak. The whole flat should be renovated, at least the bathrooms. In the upper bathroom toilet is broken.. The apartment was not clean, but the biggest downside is management. We booked a parking lot, I highlighted we have a roof box on the car - 3 times! but the owner/ manager forgot it and gave us bad parking lot. We decided to book the parking lot for us and it turned out owner/ manager wanted to charge extra +10 euro/ day compared to the original price we could have.. no comment, for guest it should be cheaper not more expensive - shame

Great views wonderful location, just be ready for stairs.

Close to downtown, waterfront and Portofino. It had a nice roof top terrace with great views. It was very spacious for a family of 4 people, the kids had their own rooms. The air conditioning worked very well. We were comfortable in the unit. Each bedroom had their own AC unit.

Stairs, if you can’t handle stairs I would not stay here. It’s a penthouse unit, but their is no lift and you need to climb 3 flights to get to the unit and once you are in the unit the master bedroom is on the top floor which requires you to go up 2 more flights of stairs. The roof top terrace is another flight. You’ll definitely burn off those carbs from all the pasta and bread you’ll be eating in Italy.

Super location. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with the added bonus of a roof terrace which had magnificent views.

There’s nothing not to like but worth noting there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor.

Great big apartment in the most perfect and central location. A must for sure, value for money.

Really nicely big apartment that is spaced across 3 levels with a super pretty rooftop terrace. Kitchenette is well stocked with everything and has a dishwasher and washing machine which is a bonus - but the property is perfectly located, next to everything, so we ate out every night! So a really big plus for location. It’s on the third floor but in reality there really are not that many stairs. So all in all zero complaints and very happy with our choice!

A great apartment in a central location.

The property is in a great location, close to eateries and shops. The late check out was generous as we could leave our bags and explore the town before catching our train. Cold water in the fridge was a nice too.

Extremely hot. hot. hot. Only 1 air conditioner in one room. No elevator. 50 steps of stairs. - Hot water stopped working. No microwave. . Bell rings hourly 24 hours a day. Location is good. Would not recommend in summer.

Beautiful, unique apartment close to everything

The apartment is huge and furnished with the most beautiful, unique furniture and decorations. Our favorite was the room with the antique beds from a ship built in the 1800s. We liked how easy it was to get to Portofino from here as well as how quickly you could walk to the beach and shops from the apartment. The water pressure in the shower was lovely. Bedding was sufficient already but there was extra available if needed which I love. Everything was clean and well cared for. We only stayed a night but had hoped to stay longer just to experience the beauty of the apartment and the surrounding neighborhood.

The bathrooms could use some updating. The third floor shower didn't drain so you had to shower in standing water. There was also mold in the grout. The kitchen, while charming wouldn't work well for families who like to cook a lot due to it's design. These were both small problems for us and overall we really enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice apartment. Clean, comfortable and a great location. The owner is very professional and responsive. We had good communication before our stay. When we arrived at the door they were able to let us into the property remotely.

هناك عجوز شمطاء أتت يوم المغادرة حوالي الساعة العاشرة صباحاً وهي تخبط الباب الخارجي بكل قوة وعند فتح الباب دخلت وتطالبنا بصوت مرتفع بالخروج وقامت برمي بعض أغراضنا والشنط للخارج ، وكذلك تكسير بعض الأواني بشكل هستيري وإزاحة الكراسي والكنبات بطريقة فوضوية مما عكر مزاجنا .
