Location and fantastic view

Some small details like broken chairs without notes. The room’s door can’t be closed. And bathrooms’ doors can’t be locked. The bathroom sinks were almost blocked.

The house is beautiful, has a garden and comfortable rooms, the host is very kind and friendly. Free parking is also available, but this free parking is a problem because many people park their cars in this parking lot and walk to the beach, even though it is 1 km away on foot. Very late in the evening, people who have drunk a lot of alcoholic beverages come to this free parking lot and shout like crazy, this disturbs me and does not allow me to sleep. It's true that it doesn't happen every day, but it happens often.

Construction works are being carried out very close to the house, and very noisy works are going on early in the morning, causing some concern.

Everything was perfect! Despite the slightly neglected garden, you can spend evenings with a glass of wine admiring the views. Apartments are spacious indeed. Parking.

You must remember to provide visitor information and deposit in advance. The latter requirement was a surprise to me, as I have never paid a deposit when booking through the Booking portal.

great views, clean, affordable and comfortable. just make sure you upload documents prior to check in - everything else was very easy. you will need a car and a small grocery shop to feel at home here.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful! We stayed as a group of 12 friends and couldn't have had a better time. It's spacious, has incredible views and keeps cool in the Italian heat. Location cannot be faulted - this is a beautiful place and I cannot wait to come back to explore more

The only thing that could be improved was the bedding situation. There is room to have more proper beds, rather than sofa beds, as these were not the comfiest. It's also quite a steep walk up to the house from Santa Margarita - we didn't mind it but FYI

The apparement is nice, clean and very spacious. The view from it is fantastic and it's fairly close to the centre, approx 1 km. But as the location is up on the hill the walk back is a bit tough but it is ok if you are in a fairly good condition :-).

We felt as though we were staying at a friend's apartment not a holiday rental. We loved everything about our stay here. The apartment was HUGE, we had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Even better than the apartment was the view, I could have sat outside and enjoyed the view forever. If you are looking for a peaceful apartment away from the hustle and bustle this is perfect. Only tip is bring some snacks for breakfast etc otherwise you will have to drive into town and parking is limited

old furniture, cannot take a proper shower (either too hot or too cold), extremely bad connection to the popular locations. the garden and the property overall were not well taken care of.

very enjoyable stay in Santa Margherita

the sea view is amazing.the house ha plenty of space.

cleaning stuff hidden but visible by a table at the entrance of the house. this gave immediately the idea of untidy and sloppy. the stove at the entrance is beautiful but you must find a place in the flat, surely not encumbering one of the two doors. in genera, rearranging the position of several pieces of furniture, including painting hanging on the wall and perhaps taking out a couple of them, would dramatically improve the situation. we were provided basic food like surface salt oil, much appreciated but everything was left in the original package while the kitchen has plenty of pots for these type of stuff. opening the kitchen drawers things were not put in any order, difficult to find forks, cork screwer... making some order would help people finding what they need. the house has a great potential not fully expressed. perhaps is not for those that do not like walking!

Property has some great views. in a good location and well equipped.

There was everything you could need. although to be perfectly honest all we used were the bathrooms and bedrooms and the fridge. we were only there 3 nights and we ate out all the time. but if you wanted to cook it was well equipped.

there were steps up to the property which we weren’t aware of which was a slight issue as we chose the property because it was on one level. this may be more of a problem to some people. the garden area was a bit neglected.

The view was beautiful. The woman , Anna who let us in was very nice.

The kitchen had ants all over, the furniture was old and stained, you had to walk down a mountain to the beach, or you had to take 2 busses- no grocery or restaurants nearby,

Procédure d'arrivée inadmissible !

La vue magnifique sur la mer et le charme ancien de l'appartement.

Le jour de notre arrivée : nous recevrons des messages automatiques de Flexyrent nous sommant de fournir les passeports via leur application en nous menaçant directement de ne pas accéder à l'appartement si ce n'était pas fait ! Il aurait suffit de nous préciser cela quelques jours avant d'autant que la réservation était faite depuis plusieurs semaines. Les méthodes de Flexyrent sont honteuses je n'ai jamais vu cela même en Italie alors que nous avons fait un road trip de 4 semaines du Nord au Sud.On nous a débité 300 Euros de frais de caution que.nous avons mis presque une semaine à récupérer ! Changez de métier la relation client ce n'est pas pour vous ! De plus l'appartement ne vaut pas le prix payé : la 1ere terrasse donne sur la route qui est très passante et la 2ème terrasse ne fait pas partie de l'appartement il faut sortir, prendre le couloir et sortir du bâtiment pour une terrasse qui est sur le passage des autres locataires...

Posizione e vista stupenda

Non ho mai avuto modo di aver contattato con nessuno, se non fosse stato per la vicina non avrei neanche mai trovato le chiavi per entrare in casa. Il numero segnalato era sempre spento o non rispondeva nessuno. Casa bella ma con molti segni di usura avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione visto il prezzo richiesto. Giardino non al piano ma bisogna uscire dall’appartamento e fare delle scale per raggiungerlo.

Die Nähe zur Strasse. Etwas laut am Abend. Die Wohnung könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen dann wäre sie top. Die Austattung (Möbel) könnten etwas modernen sein

Veel te veel geld voor wat je krijgt

Ruim appartement met prachtig uitzicht. Maar daar betaal je wel (veel te veel) voor.

De douche is koud binnen (zonder overdrijven) 3 minuten, nadat je al heel lang hebt gewacht voordat het überhaupt warm is. De keuken is totaal niet compleet ingericht, al helemaal niet coor voor het aantal mensen dat er kunnen slapen. Wat echt vervelend was, was dat er geen wijnopener was. Die was stuk. Na bij de buren - de manager? Was nogal onduidelijk - gevraagd te hebben, kregen we een oud roestig ding die we niet eens durfden te gebruiken. Jammer dat we daardoor niet konden genieten van het uitzicht met een wijntje. Ik las (later) in eerdere reviews (van 1,5 jaar geleden) dat het er toen ook niet was: is dus niet eens opgelost. Net als dat er geen wijnglazen, kommen (voor bv yoghurt) of ovenschalen zijn. Ik heb dit gemaild, ook van de douche, naar de (naar ik denk) manager Bruno, maar ik kreeg te horen dat ik het dan maar moest kopen, dan zouden we het geld wel terug krijgen. Alsof je dat als gast gaat doen als je een kort verblijf hebt en niet eens weet waar je dat kunt regelen. Het slechtste vind ik dat er eerder en veel vaker over geklaagd is en er kennelijk niet met dezelfde klachten gedaan wordt (voor de volgende gasten). Wat een verschil met waar we nu zijn. Tot slot is er geen informatie map waar wat is. Je wordt niet persoonlijk ontvangen door iemand die ook niet iets verteld/informatie geeft. Jammer. Gemiste kans, het kan zo anders. Je betaalt enorm veel voor wat je dus qua totaalplaatje krijgt. Het enige wat dus echt goed is, is de ruimte en het uitzicht, maar daar betaal je dus echt veel voor. Er is (terwijl het zo'n groot huis is) geen wasmachine. Jammer. Tot slot: er is parkeerruimte, maar wel openbaar: moet er dus maar wel net zijn. Auto is echt nodig om naar de dorpjes te gaan. Zal er niet weer boeken. Zeker niet in verband met de (echt) snel koude douche. Hoeft niet erg te zijn, maar dan is het niet reëel om zoveel geld te vragen.
