Nice house, conveniently located

The house itself is lovely and well located. Beaches and city nearby. Lovely terrace. AC, dishwasher provided.

Access involves a long flight of stairs, which can be challenging with luggage or children.

Nice house with private garden within walking distance to the center and the beach

Very well equipped, beautiful renovated large bathroom, lots of light (windows), terrace on one side, 2 balconies on the other, everything inside very clean. We very much welcomed the possibility of private parking for free. Short pleasant walk to the center, grocery store nearby. Good and efficient communication with the owners/rental agency.

The outside area seemed rather messy compared to the inside of the house (unkempt lawn, dirty sunbeds). Since the house is surrounded by other houses and apartment buildings, we would have appreciated curtains or blinds on the windows for more privacy.

Spacious, quiet, sunny, clean and close to everything!

This place is a true gem! So close to the little town and beach, our own garden for our son to play, such a treat! Very comfortable and beautiful, thank you to the hosts who were very responsive!!

Beautiful stay in Santa Margherita

Just gorgeous. Beds were fantastic, apartment is large, quiet, light and well equipped. We absolutely loved our stay here. We cooked a lot and loved the location: light filled and perfect! Walk to the supermarket, a short walk to town for dinner. We loved the high ceilings and views. Garden, outdoor dining table. It’s lovely.

Just so visitors know when packing/planning: these are just small things that did not bother us much but would’ve been grateful to know in advance - Parking is only for a small car (so rent v small), the apartment does not provide dish washer tablets, salt and pepper, oil, kitchen towel, clothes washing liquid, or beach towels. Be prepared to buy or bring these with you. there was a small tabletop ironing board so also bring clothes that don’t need more than a basic small ironing. We just bought everything the apartment needed or went to the local laundry.

Beautiful Bouganvilla - We loved you! San Margherita we love you too!

Great location and a truly lovely house / apartment for families. Terrific kitchen and dining facilities, very comfortable furnishings and beds. Clean and homely. We were a family of 6 (including Grandmother) and were very happy. Absolutely recommend and would stay there again!

Host was very nice but a tad difficult to contact at times. We had a little trouble understanding how the dishwasher functioned and also were short of linen for all our group. Tried contacting but reply was delayed. In fairness, the host mentioned he had been at the hospital - so when we eventually got that info we understood. Outside this understandable issue we were extremely happy and thoroughly recommend La Bougainville!!! 😊

perfekter Aufenthalt in Ligurien in einem wunderschönen sehr gut ausgestatteten Appartement

Die Lage war sehr gut. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand, Hafen, Supermarkt, Restaurants usw. Der Ort St. Margherita ist wunderschön. Es gibt einen Stellplatz für ein Auto. Weitere Stellplätze kostenpflichtig in der Nähe. Das Appartement ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement liegt in einer Wohngegend und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Anbindung an die Bahn und Fähre ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der vermietenden Agentur war sehr gut. Alle nötigen Informationen werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können das Appartement für einen Aufenthalt in Ligurien inklusive Besuch der Cinque Terre oder Portofino und Umgebung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Nur Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich/Küche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Es gibt keinen Fernseher bzw. nur einen sehr kleinen Monitor, den wir aber auch nicht ans Laufen gebracht haben. Die schöne Sitzgelegenheit im Freien konnten wir fast gar nicht nutzen, weil am Abend die Mücken in Scharen einfallen.

Appartamento dotato del necessario, molto pulito, silenzioso e luminoso.

La luminosità e gli spazi ampi

Nessuna istruzione su come buttare la spazzatura(in città ci sono solo bidoni condominiali sotto chiave);la struttura preferisce buttare ogni tipo di alimento ma non sarebbe male lasciare caffè, olio, sale,sapone soprattutto per chi soggiorna solo un weekend e lasciare scegliere agli ospiti se utilizzarli o meno. Giardino inagibile non solo a causa della pioggia ma perché il terreno era stato arato (speravo di poterlo utilizzare avendo un bambino piccolo)

Departamento de muy buena calidad, linda decoración, vistas a áreas verdes, en barrio tranquilo.

Se nota que la casa está refaccionada hace poco, todo funciona muy bien (persianas, cortinas, grifería, etc.) y las terminaciones e instalaciones son de muy buena calidad o han conservado parte de las originales. Está decorada con muy buen gusto, es amplia, cómoda y fresca. La cocina amplia y muy bien provista de todo lo necesario para cocinar y servir la mesa, con loza muy linda. Bellas vistas a jardines, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Hay que considerar que se debe subir escaleras exteriores, ya que queda en un segundo piso. Cerca del área de tiendas y restaurantes. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona.

Recomiendo leer muy bien las normas e instrucciones para hacer buen uso del departamento, y hacer las consultas con tiempo (llegaron 2 días nates del check in). Nosotros por no hacerlo, nos estresamos un poco al momento del check out, ya que decía que había que dejar el departamento ordenado, de lo contrario podrían hacer cobros extras, y en ese momento, muy tarde ya para consultar, no supimos qué significaba exactamente. Nosotros estamos acostumbrados a no sobrecargar nunca a la persona encargada de la limpieza, por esto fue fácil cumplir con éste y otros requisitos para la salida, sólo que nos quedó esa preocupación.
