Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.The apartment, located on the ground floor, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. The entrance opens onto the elegant living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, two featuring a queen-size bed, one of which also boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower, one with a single bed and one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. Two more bathrooms with shower complete the layout.The living room and one of the double rooms boast access to the large garden complete with a dining table and relaxation areas, where guests can relax and enjoy outdoor meals.At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
