Modern apartment in the heart of Santa Margherita Ligure, a few steps from the beach.The apartment, located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, has been recently renovated with fresh and modern furnishings. At the entrance, a short corridor with a convenient closet leads to the open plan living area, which is furnished with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, both complete with a closet, the first one featuring a queen-size bed, the second one with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.Cot and high chair available upon request, at an extra cost of 25€ per stay, per item.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
