Pristine property that felt like home on the beach.

This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed at! The parking is easy in the garage and only a 10 min walk into town.

Amazing stay, good for families with one or two kids

Spacious clean, comfortable apartment, beaches in walking distance and less price compared to the places close to beach. Host had provided with immediate necessities, and a supermarket close by in walking distance was a blessing.

Lots of space, very comfortable, and well appointed.

The location is a short walk from the harbor and center of town - about a 15 minute walk. It's also about 20 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient if you want to visit the Cinque Terre towns. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, and has everything you need. The host thoughtfully provided wine, a bowl of fruit, packaged croissants and jam for breakfast, etc. The property has a locked parking garage, which is tight for a larger vehicle, but fit our mid-sized rental car just fine. The host's very nice father met us at the property when we arrived, and was quite helpful despite our very limited language skills. We slept much later than usual the morning of our departure, and the host graciously extended our checkout time. Given the size of the apartment, it's a great place for a family to spend a few days to explore the area.

It's not in the most picturesque part of town, but that's a very minor quibble.

Friendly welcome, well equipped and clean apartment

Welcomed by a lovely lady who explained everything we needed to know to use the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped and we appreciated the drinks and food essentials that were left for us… a lovely touch. Air conditioning good and everywhere clean.

Just to note that if there are four of you, the 2nd room is used as a bedroom, leaving no lounge. However this was not a problem as we spent most of our time out enjoying the beautiful area.

Very nice owner who welcomed us and explained the great Appartment in a quiet part of the city. That was the best equipped appartment I have ever been in. Supermarket is very near and you can easily walk to center and beach in 10 minutes. It was a great stay for us!

We had a superb time thanks to the excellent care from our hosts - first class!

Above all, very friendly and caring hosts, everything was prepared for a very nice stay, (including fruits and basis food and drinks in the fridge), very nice attentions to us when we arrived, providing us also a map of the place, and the stay was excellent indeed. The location is excellent, nice neighborhood and super grocery store nearby. Super bathing room with excellent shower. Warmly recommended.

Everything was fine! The only thing one must be aware is that this very nicely arranged and convenient appartment does not have a large living room, so this is in our view more a place for nice stays at night and for taking breakfast plus here and there taking a meal, the idea being to spend the days outside, enjoying the really beautiful and charming little city of Santa Margherita Ligure, and the superb surroundings.

Very clean apartment. Appreciated little extras like breakfast stuff, milk and fruit. Place to park a small car. Helpful and friendly hosts.

Bed comfortable but pillows could be bigger. Fine for two people but for 5 would be a squeeze!

This is an excellent choice for staying in Santa Margherita

lovely apartment back off the town centre, surrounded by local residents, good places to eat and with a large supermarket nearby. Private hosts are terrific. Apartment has everything you could want for a short or extended stay and was immaculately clean.

Nice place in a beautiful city

The flat was just as presented in the app. Everything you really need is there. We were met by the nice and friendly mother in law Maria Theresa, who showed us everything in the apartment, and not to forget; where and how to park the car... in a very small nearby garage - but it's included in the price and just 30 meters away.

The apartment is situated in a steep side street, so expects some noise from all the moto's going uphill.

Generous host, the appartment is well equipped and clean. We got a welcome package with fruits, pastries, coffe and basics in the fridge. Ristorante Antonio( excellent in seefood) and Trattoria San Siro and a Coop supermarket are in walking distance.

The apartment is clean, cosy, and has everything you could want for your stay. Loved the free parking, and all the little free snacks, coffee capsules, board games, beach mat/umbrella etc in the room. A really nice touch. A nice area, but a fair walk to the beach

Good apartment in one of the nicest places in Italy.

As frequent visitors to SML we knew the location would be good. We arrived by car so the use of the garage was very useful. The bathroom was modern and very clean.

Our only dislike was the lack of air conditioning, despite being listed as a feature on the booking.com website.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Maria Teresa. Wir wurden an der Garage erwartet und sie hat uns alles gut erklärt. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und willkommen! Obst, Getränke und eine gute Grundausstattung an Lebensmitteln bekommt man selten in Ferienwohnungen. Alles war sauber und in der Wohnung war alles, was man braucht.

Квартира очень классная, для семейного отдыха все в наивысшем уровне. Идеальная чистота. Есть все и даже больше для жизни. Спасибо за фрукты, кофе, чай., воду, масло , олия, специи …. Первый раз в таком идеальном жилье. Рекомендую на 100%. Есть своя парковка. До моря 15 минут через центр. Все рядом. Есть пляжные полотенца, зонтик и коврик:)

Minunat!!!

Totul a fost superb. Gazda foarte ospitalieră, ne-a cazat cu 2-3 ore mai devreme de check in,iar la plecarea fost la ce oră am dorit noi. Apartamentul foarte frumos este dotat cu tot ce trebuie. Gazda ne-a întâmpinat cu fructe, croasante, apă, Coca Cola, bere, unt, dulceață,etc. Mulțumim încă o dată gazdei pentru confortul oferit.

Molto gentile e disponibile la proprietaria Sig.ra Maria Teresa sempre pronta per ogni necessità. Appartamento molto pulito, accogliente e ben curato, attrezzato di qualsiasi cosa, non manca veramente nulla. Rifornito di prodotti per la prima colazione, molto bene accetti. Disponibilità del box auto gratuito, direi indispensabile. Esperienza ottima, se capita ci ritornerò sicuramente, lo consiglio. Franco

Sehr gute Lage, fußläufig alles erreichbar, ruhiges Haus, eigene absterrbare Garage (allerdings zu kurz für unseren Kombi, daher musste das Garagentor offen bleiben; trotzdem verschlossenes Haupttor), viele Tipps zu Restaurants und Attraktionen in der Region, kostenloser Obstkorb, super sauber, unkomplizierte Kommunikation

Kücheneinrichtung etwas old school, in der Nähe befindet sich ein stark besuchter Spielplatz und Glascontainer

Trata-se de uma casa de família e nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em nosso lar. A pessoa que nos recebeu foi muito solícita e prestativa, ajudando inclusive com a bagagem. Foi clara e objetiva, deu-nos instruções completas e apresentou-nos a casa. Como diferencial apontamos que tinha à nossa disposição o café da manhã, o que não foi encontrado nos demais locais onde nos hospedamos.
