Confortavel espacoso funcional muito bem decorado e agradavel Proprietaria simpatica cordial e prestativa O predio e bem localizado em termos de distancia de restaurantes, estacao de trem e praia
Apesar da boa localizacao como e comum nessa regiao o predio fica em uma rua um pouco mais entao e necessário subir escada ou ladeira pra acessar se nao estiver de carro
