Nice location and large roomy appartment. All you need is supplied. Location is great

Location is a nice short walk to the harbour or citycenter. Wonderful park of villa durrazzo nearby and free parking available in the area.

In the morning the supermarket starts opening at around 7:30 and there is quite some traffic coming and going. Don’t expect to sleep in late

Overpriced, very loud, but great location

The flat is situated less than 10 minutes by foot from the old town with multiple cafés, shops, several supermarkets and the city beach (tiny, water with some black particles and next to the port).

We have stayed in this apartment for 6 nights, including a weekend. Unfortunately it gets extremely loud from early in the morning (about 7 a.m. including Sunday) because of the deliveries to the supermarket located in the ground floor of the building, later clients add to it, as parking is just under the flat's balcony. Garbage collectors come multiple times during the day, making not only noise, but also an awful stink, so than we could never really enjoy sitting on the spacious balcony or with open windows in the living room. The windows are old and have only one glass, which may be OK concerning the warmer weather, but provide literally no isolation from sounds. The towels and bed linen are bluish and we've found multiple hairs on them, so not sure if they were fresh. Thankfully there was a washing machine. Very slow internet. In general: disappointing, not worth the price.

The location was pretty good for a last minute booking and we were overall happy with this stay as it was the most affordable of the options in this location. Also, the staff were very nice and helpful, both on the phone, messaging, and in person.

There was no AC, which we may have overlooked in the description online. But, out of several stays over two weeks, this was the only one without AC, and it was HOT. Luckily, it was cool enough at night that the fan was sufficient, but hotter nights would be rough. Also, there was no toilet paper or soap for the shower. The staff brought toilet paper, but we didn't notice the soap until the evening after we were out all day. These bathroom essentials were a big miss.

Nice place to explore Portofino park

• Location: 6-7 minutes walking from the seafront and city centre. 12-15 minutes walking from the train station. 3 minutes walking from the path that takes you into Portofino park. • Supermarket is located next door. • Internet wifi works perfectly. Good speed to watch films from your favourite platform. • The person who manages the property was very kind and replied / solved quickly any issue or doubt during my stay. • it's a very spacious flat. • The kitchen has everything you need to cook. • The balconies of the flat enjoy the sun in the afternoon, offering a nice space to relax.

• The kitchen and bathroom look a bit outdated, but they work fine. • No curtain in the shower (not a big issue).

Il self-check-in, la (non) pulizia della casa! Mancanza di posate, cose scadute nel 2023 in dispensa, uno scontrino di 08/2024 nel frigo e forno mai pulito!

Bell'appartamento, pulito, consigliato

Posizione nascosta rispetto alla strada ma tranquilla, nessun rumore di traffico. Essendo l'alloggio provvisto di cucina ovviamente la colazione l'abbiamo portata noi. Tutto perfetto!

In camera da letto ci sono solo le luci vicino al letto, magari sarebbe stato utile avere un lampadario o una lampada a piantana.. me sono piccolezze. Per il resto tutto OK!

Toller Ort, sehr schöne Wohnung, toller Strand❤️

Wie beschrieben, sehr zentral gelegen und max. 500 m zum öffentlichen Strand. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Aus allen Zimmern gelangt man auf einen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Ganz toll fanden wir, dass sich direkt unter der Wohnung ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet.

Einziges Manko; Dadurch, dass sich die Wohnung im Wohngebiet befindet, muss man lange nach einem freien Parkplatz suchen.

Väldigt fin lägenhet, kommer definitivt åka tillbaka.

Super boende. Allt var perfekt och lägenheten är väldigt rymlig och stor. Ligger bra i läge och precis nedanför finns en super market.

Finns ingenting som är negativt.
