La casa è nuova, pulita, spaziosa e sopratutto in posizione centralissima per tutto e con tutti i servizi a pochi metri. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Non ci sono balconi e una delle due stanze ha letti separati non particolarmente comodi.

Na duży plus zdecydowanie zasługuje lokalizacja – spokojna okolica, bez hałasu i krzyków, a jednocześnie blisko do centrum i nad morze. Apartament jest przestronny, co daje duży komfort przy dłuższym pobycie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko oraz duża, funkcjonalna łazienka również znacząco podnoszą standard. Czystość apartamentu i udogonienia takie jak pralka, zmwywarka na duży plus. Gospodarz reaguje bardzo sprawnie i szybko na wszelkie problemy i zgłaszane uwagi - bardzo duży plus. Bardzo korzystny stosunek jakości do ceny.
Na minus należy wspomnieć o trwającym remoncie na klatce schodowej, co momentami było odczuwalne. Dodatkowo zdarzały się przerwy w działaniu pieca gazowego, jednak przy wsparciu gospodarza dało się to sprawnie rozwiązać.
