Nice stay

Very good location and nice host, kind and quick communication. Renovated bathroom and kitchen area, equipped with all we needed. Balcony in the living room and bedroom, could catch some sun there in the mornings. Might book again. Everything was as in the pictures, slight elderly person living space vibe, but no surprises.

Great place, hosts and beautiful city! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is very cozy, even nicer than in the pictures. It is very clean and comfortable. Everyone has space for themselves (family of 2+2). Sensational contact with the hosts, I have never encountered such kindness before, it literally surpassed all my expectations. Great people. I would recommend to anyone!

Magnifique appartement très bien situé!

Un grand merci à Fabio pour notre magnifique sejour dans son appartement au coeur de Santa Margherita. Fabio était constemment accessible par What'sUp, il nous a donné de très pratiques instructions et recommendations concernant nos vacances en general et le fonctionnement de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage, et il y a plein de petits commerces et un grand Coop à coté. L'appartement a tout dont on avait besoin, la lave-vaisselle, la lave-linge, la cuisine bien équipée, l'appartement refait à neuf avec du gout. La personne qui est venue nous donner les clés était très gentille, elle nous a tout expliqué et on a été surprises par la beauté et coté pratique de l'appartement et les petits bonus qu'on a reçus! Merci beaucoup, chère Antonella et cher Fabio!
