The worst stay I have ever had in my life

nothing. only the location is ok

Don’t have elevator and it was on the third floor. The place was dirty , the water is cold , the toilet don’t work, everything is old and bad treated. Don’t receive any instructions and almost lose the keys (the owner live in store that close at 8 PM without any workaround and only send a message warning one day early) . Don’t give the breakfast promise

Excellent emplacement, au calme, tout en étant à quelques dizaines de mètres des rues commerçantes et de la plage. Stationnement dans la rue au pied de l’immeuble.

Déçu

L'emplacement

Nous avons récupéré les clefs chez un commerçant à 16h, l'appartement devait être prêt à 15h. Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés rien était fait. Les serviettes et draps des anciens locataires traînaient au milieu. Aucun message de la propriétaire pour nous prévenir. Après l' avoir interpellée sur le problème, elle m'a dit que quelqu'un était en route pour le ménage... il était déjà 17h.... nous avons donc fait un tour en attendant... 2h après, à notre retour aucune nouvelle et toujours pas de ménage fait... j'ai donc relancé et quelqu'un est arrivé à 19h15... la propriétaire ne m'a même pas prévenu et c'est à peine excusée. Le lit une catastrophe, matelas et coussins très durs. Il grince à chaque mouvement... pas d'eau chaude sous la douche... pas d'ampoule dans la lampe de chevet... pas de micro ondes, 1 tasse... les serviettes sont usées, la vaisselle j'en parle pas... le stricte minimum. Des affaires partout dans les placards... peu de place pour le voyageur. Un agencement de salle de bain incroyable... bref... l'emplacement est le seul point positif. Très déçu

Dovrebbe migliorare alcune cose come gestione pulizie ,chiavi ,e etichetta fuori dalla porta

La proprietarie è stata molto gentile e la posizione

Purtroppo le pulizie dell’appartamento vengono effettuate nel tardo pomeriggio e inoltre c’è stato un problema con il letto che i turisti prima di noi avevano rotto ,la titolare è venuta a riparlo tempestivamente e anche per le chiavi è scomoda la gestione

Appartamento cozy in centro a Santa Margherita Ligure

ottima posizione. Appartamento di ottime dimensioni per una coppia con figli o due coppie di amici. Per una coppia sola è gigante. Super centrale, ma silenzioso e piena vista sul parco di Villa Durazzo

La posizione è il plus, vicina ai ristoranti, piazza e locali. La proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima, nulla da dire!

Arredamento molto old style, poco curato, con oggetti personali all’interno. Il bagno oltre che sconfortevole (purtroppo si è costretti a passare dalla doccia per andare al water, con disagi legati al bagnato), di inverno non è riscaldato, quindi davvero molto freddo. Forse una soluzione migliore per l’estate in cui non si necessita di riscaldamento e essendo più in uso magari avrà anche meno odori.

Раковины, печка, стол, туалет,биде и постельное бельё было чистое. Хозяйка быстро отвечала нам на наши запросы. Отличное расположение, рядом супермаркет, набережная, пляж, место тихое, мало ездит мимо машин, через дорогу огромный красивейший парк и вилла Дураццио.

Никто не встретил, ничего не показал, сразу не могли открыть дверь, так как не проворачивался ключ, но потом оказалось, что нужно было открывать только один замок, а не два (зачем давать лишние ключи). Когда зашли в квартиру сразу же воспользовались туалетом, но и там, смыв унитаз сразу отвалилась очень хлипкая цепочка. Чайник в квартире настолько дешёвый что источает пластиковый вкус на воду, которая в нем греется. Имеется одна огромная кастрюля с повреждённым покрытием, в которой я думаю даже опасно что-либо готовить. В наличие всего две чашки, одна маленькая и другая побольше, просто нельзя нормально выпить чай. В квартире нет сушилки для белья. Для душа штора в плесени и слив забит, поэтому невозможно помыться! (Вода будет разливатся по всей квартире ,так как слив сделан в полу.) Фен не работает, так как переход для розетки поломан, и это всего лишь единственный переходник. Грязные окна и полы, шкафчики на кухне. Есть одна сковородка. Ножи есть только для сливочного масла, заниматься готовкой с ними не возможно. Телевизор мы не включали. Чистое постельное белье но только одно теплое одеяло, которое нам даже не дали, но мы его нашли, потому что в октябре в квартире прохладно. На два человека нам дали 2 крохотных полотенца и 3 среднего размера, которые недостаточно большие для тела. (Они уже до нас знали что мы не сможем воспользоваться душем).
