Great location near the station and the beach, but cleanliness could be improved.

The apartment is in a great location, right next to the train station. You can see the sea from the window, and the beach is just a short walk away. :) There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and the city center is easily accessible. It’s quiet at night, too. Communication with the host was excellent — we were lucky to have a very flexible check-in and check-out. :)

Cleanliness could be improved. The kitchen/living area felt a bit sticky — the cupboard surfaces and even some dishes from the back shelves were not very clean. It wasn’t spotless overall.

Super amazing location, close to bus & trains plus fully equipped apartment for your short trip.

Checking timings are not suitable, checkin here starts at 4 p.m which is lkate if you are here for couple of days and you need to explore. But we got it early at 3:00 pm as the host was nice to us.

Loved the sea view on one side, central town view out the side window and garden view out the back. There was a washing machine. Location perfect. Views amazing !

It wasn’t really cleaned before we arrived, like someone lived there. We had to sweep the floors and took out the garbage that was left in there.

Wasn't the worst but could be better

Apartment location, close to beach. Easy access to restaurants. Nice view from window on second floor. Owner was kind and explained everything.

Language barrier but was bit of fun. Owner only spoke Italian. No wi-fi, no oven or kettle in kitchen. No air condition, Hard to sleep due to motorcycles or cars passed by at night. Loud people on streets due to restaurants under windows.

The unit was amazing, and Santa Margherita Ligure is an absolute gem of a town.

Our flight was delayed so we missed our train. Arrived late, but thanks to the booking.com app, we were able to communicate and the host waited for us. We stayed 8 wonderful nights and would go back again in a heartbeat.

At first we were disappointed with the 42 very steep steps up to the unit, no air, no WiFi, no microwave. But then we put on our Italian hats and enjoyed the awesome view, the perfect location, swimming in the Mediterranean every day just across the street, and the quaintness of it all. We had to show the host a google picture of a fan, but then then he showed up with one for us. The breezes blow right through the unit, but it was in the high eighties that week.

Pleasant

It is in a beautiful location with stunning views of the bay. It was clean with adequate kitchen facilities.

The toilet seat was broken - the owner was aware of this prior to our arrival and had made no attempt to fix it. There were 2 sets of towels for 3 people. The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. Only 1 pillow per guest.

Great view, easy to reach location

Smack dab in the middle of the Rivieara, right on the small beach front, grand bay view. Kitchenette and all needed amenities, decent bed, supermarket across the corner, (paid) parking in front, including with useful EV charger (2x Type 2, 2x Type 3), or free parking a 10m walk away in the village (if you can find any). Cafes around the corner.

No WiFi, slight challenge for some heavier media use. Other: no problem for us, but realize that the apartment is in the 3rd floor without elevator. So not ideal if you’re differently abled. The view comes with the price of the main town road (incl to Portofino) being up front, which is noisy all day. You’ll get used to it and sleeping is fine at night with the bedroom door closed (no A/C).

Our son married in Castello Brown outside Portofino.

The view; the location; washing machine; breeze; the size; big refrigerator. Except for a few hours in the wee hours of the night, the breeze was better than the air conditioning at the hotels. My husband spent the second night in the Palace Lido but decided we had the better accommodation.

No lift but it is an old building ( it is Europe after all) Noise of people partying on the beach but it is the Italian Riviera. The windows needed too be open for the breeze so we couldn’t shut the noise out except by using earbuds.

El anfitrión, nos dio un pésimo servicio. Le dije que llegaríamos a las 12pm, no contestó el WhatsApp, ni llamadas; mandó mensaje hasta las 4pm diciendo que llegaría hasta las 4:30pm y todo ese tiempo tuvimos que esperar afuera del departamento sin podernos mover porque estaba lloviendo. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Lokalizacja rewelacja, widok z okna z kuchnii mistrzowski, pomimo braku znajomości języka angielskiego u właściciela nie ma problemu z dogadaniem.

Niestety apartament jest w kamienicy na 3 piętrze i trzeba wschodzić po schodach. W apartamencie brak czajnika, ale w okół są kawiarnie.

Günstige Alternative um die Gegend zu besuchen.

Es ist direkt am Strand und es gibt in der nähe viele Cafés und Restaurants. Das Appartment war ausreichend Sauber.

Wir waren auf dem Weg und wollten ein paar locations auf dem besuchen. Der Besitzer hat aber darauf bestanden, dass wir genau zur Checkin Zeit zwischen 16 Uhr und 18 Uhr dort sein müssen. Es gibt nur die Möglichkeit öffentlich zu parken. Die Treppen zur Wohnung sind sehr eng.
