We were given instructions for the short walk from the train station. Host met up as promised, showed us the cute, very clean & well-equipped apartment, gave clear instructions and even left us a bowl of his home grown lemons - a nice touch from an efficient host :) Highly recommend for a quick weekend from Milan by train, a perfect location opposite the sea & small beach. A charming & walkable town; nice restaurants, within easy boat rides from Portofino and San Fruttuoso which can both be done in a day. Conveniently, there's an early morning coffee shop next door.
Nothing to dislike but worth mentioning the beaches are stony and chair prices are ridiculous so bring a towel.

Good location, nice view, good price, friendly and uncomplicated host.
Not maintained well, broken WC, no coffee, no warm blankets, long stairs to 3rd floor no lift.
