The location and the view is 5 star. Host great. Baia Cannone and San Fruttoso big highlights.

The view was fantastic. The large windows that open. Kitchen well stocked. Furniture good. Host informative and responsive.

Five flights of stairs. Although we knew this prior and it was super hot and we did have heavy bags. The bathroom was small and super hot as hot water system in there. The washing machine had a lot of black model on the seal, plus was hard to work out the settings. A physical instruction manual would have been great. Host sent us link to manual. We had to buy washing liquid and pegs. We left for next guest. The property was otherwise clean. It is in a fabulous location and the view is 5 star. The aircon struggled a little in the extreme heat wave. The fan was helpful to push air down to bedroom. I think under normal weather conditions it would have worked fine. Would have been great to have been left on for our arrival as temps were 35!!!

Devil is in the details

The apartment needs renovation, and the managers need training in customer service. The only good things about this apartment are its location and the view from the window. That is solid 10, but not for the rest.

All the furniture is worn out and old, and using some of the items was unpleasant — like the bathroom door or the nightstands by the bed. If you drop something behind a piece of furniture or under the bed — don’t pick it up. I could barely sleep after seeing the amount of dust and dirt. I understand those are hard-to-reach areas, but they clearly haven’t been cleaned in months. Now, a separate section for management. For a three-night stay, leaving just one shower gel and one shampoo for two people — that’s just laughable. And this stinginess doesn’t stop there. This was the only place in Italy (and we stayed in 7 different locations) where they didn’t provide any coffee. But the real cherry on top — there wasn’t even salt in the kitchen (not to mention sugar). To be honest, there were a lot of pans and kitchen appliances. That was good. Ever had to take out the trash yourself while on vacation? You will here. The instructions were unclear, the bins were locked, and we had to run around the neighborhood carrying trash bags until we finally found where to throw them out. Also would be nice to have clothespins in the apartment. Better before booking to ask in advance if all these issues have been resolved.

Not clear that the flat was on a 5th floor without elevator, not clear address, they ask to take out the garbage of the flat without informing where to put it ( they send me a location on Google maps but it seems that to throw the garbage there you need a special electronic card to open the garbage beens). Bed was noisy

Great place to stay.

Property is right on the edge of the waterfront with numerous restaurants nearby. I would say the major plus for this place is the location and has beautiful view of the waterfront and scenery thru the living room windows is amazing. I stayed for a couple of weeks at this property and I can say it was very comfortable with regard to actual stay itself as the property has a kitchen, washing machine etc.

No body tells you that the flat is on the 5th floor and if you have lots bags it is nightmare. The lock to flat is digitalised and it is a night mate to make it work even though staff says it works. we had multiple attempts and we had to just use the key and they give you only one key. If you are driving make sure you park in the near by public park which allows 24hrs parking. communication is only thru WhatsApp only so make sure you are connected to the internet.

The location could not be better. The apartment is lovely and has all the facilities that are mentioning. Clean, beautiful and comfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that the building has no elevator and we had to walk 6 floors by stairs. Also the floor is kinda loud, thing that makes you walk really quiet for the downstair neighbours.
