Superb
Great view from the balcony. Big rooms, washing machine, dishwaser, everything ready for 4 people. City center and the see is just a walk away. The lady who gave as the keys was very friendly.
The bathroom needs a renewal. The bed in the livingroom is uncomfortable. The cleaning was not 100%

Not what I expected
The actual location of the property good, however it was wrong in booking.com We also liked the view from the balcony.
1. The location mentioned in booking.com was wrong. And they didn't even sent us the correct address, they waited till we went to wrong location and come give us direction for a 10 mins walk. 2. The beds: sheets were dirty and it smelled really bad. There were some blood stain on some blankets. The beds were very uncomfortable. We all ended up with back pain. 3. Bathroom: was not clean at all. The bathtub drain was clogged. And sometimes we had trouble having hot water. Upon arrival the toilet had urine stains and the tub had hair. 4. Keys to front gate didn't work!

Comodo appartamento in zona residenziale, tranquilla, e a breve distanza dal centro e lungomare di Santa Margherita. Camere ampie e spaziose, bagno con vasca, cucina completa di stoviglie e attrezzature per preparare facilmente i pasti della giornata. L'appartamento dispone inoltre di due bei balconcini condominiali, che lo rendono ben ventilato, sebbene sia presente anche l'impianto di aria condizionata. Il contatto con la proprietà è stato puntuale, rapido e facile al momento della consegna delle chiavi. Sicuramente un indirizzo al quale tornare in occasione di future vacanze in costiera ligure di Levante.

Il terrazzo con vista Santa Margherita Ligure è un sogno. Talmente tanto bello che io e la mia migliore amica abbiamo deciso di cenare lì entrambe le sere. Super comoda la posizione della casa a due passi dal centro. Davvero utile (e non scontato) è il parcheggio privato! Poi ci tenevo a ringraziare di cuore la Signora Stefania! Grazie!!!
per il nostro soggiorno non è mancato davvero nulla. Tutto perfetto!!!
